Der var pænt og rent på værelset.
Vi fik først et værelse, hvor der var mange hvepse på altanen. Vi måtte ikke få et andet værelse, men måtte selv betale for en opgradering.

Pleasant staff, location.
The hotel advertises a roof terrace which is just not true. The roof access is locked and there is nothing there anyway except a disused jacuzzi.
The hotel advertises a bar/lounge. It was closed every day of our 5 day stay.
If you don’t provide the services, then remove those claims from your website. False advertising.
The “lighting” in hotel corridors is so dark that I had to use the flashlight on my iphone to read my room number.
Limit of two devices per room on wifi. Very inconvenient for two people with cell phones and laptops.

Przede wszystkim świetna lokalizacja! Czysto, pachnąco, w pokoju mały serwis do kawy. Przed przyjazdem nie miałem jakiś wygórowanych oczekiwań, ale ten hotel bardzo pozytywnie mnie zaskoczył. Jeżeli ponownie zawitam do Berlina to z pewnością poszukiwania noclegu rozpoczną od sprawdzenia dostępności i ceny tego obiektu.

Supermarket vicini e zona molto carina e tranquilla.
C’è la macchina del caffè ma ti danno solo due cialde: niente zucchero e se ne volessi altre (noi siam stati 3 notti) devi pagarle.

La habitación es excelente, muy linda y comoda. El lobbie del hotel muy cómodo y funcional. Tiene una lavandería debajo lo cual es muy útil cuando ya se va muchos días de viaje. Está en un lugar tranquilo, a tres cuadras de checkpoint Charlie.
En el libro de servicios indicaba que el precio de alquiler de las bicicletas era de 12 por persona, y en vez de 24 (alquilamos dos por 24 hs) nos cobraron 30 euros. Cuando bajé a reclamar me indicaron que el libro estaba viejo y que ya había firmado y aceptado el precio de 30... la verdad me desagradó ese episodio, no por los 6 euros (menos del 1% del valor de mi estadía), sino por la poca autocrítica y poder indicar, "ok es nuestro error, te lo compensamos". Es una pavada, pero que hace a la experiencia.

Location close to Checkpoint Charlie, lovely shower and comfortable beds.
No aircon, which made the apartment very hot. We requested an additional fan, but surprised that a modern property doesn’t have aircon.

A very nice and quiet location despite being in the heart of Berlin. Super comfortable bed which was great after long days of exploring the city. Good facilities, it had everything you might expect from a little apartment. Extra plus for the curtains that made the room completely dark at night.
Not much to complain about really. The water tended to flow out of the shower and onto the floor of the bathroom, but this could easily be helped with a towel. It would have been better for the environment if the cleaning personnel did not run the dishwasher every day, but we understand that preferences may vary.

A great location - convenient to public transportation and the hop-on hop-off bus stop. And walkable to many key sights.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room with good cooking facilities, a lovely bathroom and shower and top quality toiletries. The room cleaning went over and above what was expected. Close to a number of tourist spots and an underground station. Would stay there again.
The only area to improve is the option of decaff coffee for the coffee machine!

Pillows were awful, too soft. 2 single duvets rather than a double for a double bed was just odd and annoying. Chair cover needs a deep clean.
Was too far away from cafe's/bars etc. View was an apartment block opposite, not of the city, or Check Point Charlie.

Is a hotel but rooms are pretty spacious nd the location is good
Wifi. In our room was 7-8 mbps, no more. Also they have a weird system of codes for wifi that makes it disconnecting very often so if you are on a zoom meeting you might be disconnected

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, the overall decor was warm, stylish and felt like home. The room was clean and comfortable and the location couldn't have been better. Close to public transport links and easy to walk to several different locations. Convenient Lidls just across the road. Most staff were very friendly and welcoming.
It would have been nice to have some kitchen basics considering there is a hob and pans etc..and maybe a kettle but this wasn't really a problem.

The room was good, the bathroom was clean and stocked with a decent amount of toiletries. The hotel lobby, bar & lounge area was super nice. The gym was small but decent and the sauna was a nice bonus. Hotel workers were nice and made check-in and check-out quick and easy. Our room was on the top floor so we didn't hear any street noise.
Would have been nice to have tea and coffee in the room since there was a kettle and espresso machine - had to go down to the reception every day to get a coffee capsule for the machine.

The size of the room and the kitchen in the room. Breakfast var great. Perfekt location when you visit Berlin for the first time.
We had a room with balcony next to the main entrance. It was very noisy at night and you had to have the windows open because ther was no aircondition and it was hot

The room was very comfortable and well equiped for self catering. The staff were great and it was in an excellent location for exploring the city and for public transport to a little further out, particularly Tempelhof. Great value too.
It was often very loud in the evenings with music coming from a local venue but it didn't go on too late.
