Breakfast is pricey

Breakfast was amazing, staffs are all friendly. The room is very spacious. Overall I would recommend this hotel as the room is spacious, with good breakfast and shuttle service to Disney Park. Although there were some cleaning issues that can be improved, the rate for the room is quite reasonable compare to those in Shanghai CBD.

The bathroom's floor is absolutely disgusting. There were stains and unknown marks everywhere in the bathroom floor. It is obvious that the cleaners have not mope the hard floor area in the room for a very long time. The ledge where you can sit on in the shower is also very mouldy, and the wash basin smells awful from the water pipe - I have to hold my breath to use it. The above cleanliness issues applies to 2 of the rooms that we have booked this time. (1115 and 1101) Location is ok if you are going to Disney as they provide shuttles to the park, but apart from that it's quite inconvenient to go to anywhere unless you are willing to walk far or pay for taxi to get the nearest subway station. Also there are very limited restaurants within the walking distance.

Immaculately clean hotel, food was fantastic - Italian restaurant was divine and hotel has a great choice for breakfast. Staff were friendly and obliging. Shuttle bus to and from Disney very convenient and spot on for time. Could not fault this hotel, pleasantly surprised as it is great value for money!

Thats a typical business hotel for tasks in surrounding locations. High standard as expected by this brand.

it was a great hotel near Shanghai Disneyland. The room is big and clean

the staff. For Five star Hotelwith international Westin name. I was hoping the brunch should be occupied with chef and staff who can speak in English for international travellers. the Egg station chef was confused of offering me ham cheese for omelette when I asked consistently for scramble egg or does scramble egg in Westin Shanghai is offering different kind? the chef is quite insisting that for scramble egg there is these options.

Comfortable and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds perfect. Especially after a long day at Disney. I will make this hotel my go to place when going to Disneyland Shanghai. We go often BTW. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Breakfast was awesome too. Something for everyone no matter where you are from.

Would have liked a bellman take our bags to our rooms. Also, I requested two rooms together well in advance and wasn't accommodated. However, one of our rooms was connected to the next room. Unfortunately, planning was a problem for the hotel I guess.
