clean ,quiet room with kitchen. Great location ,only minutes to beach.
definitely needs better lighting at the entrance and just inside the front door. Unpleasant odour in the bathroom was not helped by the air freshener.

Apartment was clean, bed was very comfortable.
The possibility of not being able to check in with staff. I prefer a front-desk and someone I can reach at any moment. Location needs to update door locks to digital instead of worrying of misplacing key.

Big room. Equipped kitchen. Very close to the beach. Friendly staff.
We stayed there for almost a week and we got out room cleaned only two times. Staff did not clean our room despite our clear sign suggesting please have our room clean. We had to walk out and literally asked the staff to help with that, and we had to take the trash out by ourselves because we were bothered by the lack of cleanliness. Also, there is a gay bar across the street that will play loud music until 3 am at night.

Great suite, nice to have the bedroom separate and the kitchenette was fantastic.
Not much you can do about the location, it's really nice to be close to the beach, difficult to sleep with night club music.

If you want to stay in the Romantic Zone and be part of what's going on, this is the place for you.
Our room (#5) had two balconies. Each had a small table and two chairs. Each faced a different street where you could watch the action of two bars and nightclubs.
It was an easy walk to the beach and lots of restaurants.
It was a nice week.
Can't say there was anything I didn't like.

Great location very friendly and accommodating host. Been coming to PV for 30 years and luv staying in Old Town. It can be a little noisy but that's part of the charm. If you're looking for a convenient, easy, reasonable place to stay without all the amenities of a big resort this is ideal. There is no elevator so keep that in mind when booking if required.

l really liked the location.
The bed was rock hard, and no cleaning service to clean the rooms or bring fresh towels.

Right on the corner of Olas Altas and Rodolfo Gomez so a block from the beach. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and the kitchen has everything that you need for a short stay.

If you are looking to being close to the action this is it! While it is very loud on the streets at night, the bedroom we were in was on the top floor and in the back of the apt so you could not hear any of the noise which was great. Pretty spacious place with a nice kitchenette.
WIFI was very average, didn't receive a welcome packet on upon arrival (which you will need to operate the safe properly). TV worked sometimes.

communication a little difficult with person getting out messages on WhatsApp. they simply sometimes don’t bother to answer at all. as there is no reception at this facility, it is crucial that they would answer but they don’t really do so.

There was an extra door between the bedroom and the kitchen and the outside door. This helped block street and noise from the bar across the street. The shower was hot and kitchen better equipped than some I've stayed at.
The second apartment I had to move to was not as nice. It was smaller and one of the roll down curtains was broken, but a bath towel sufficed. It also had the double door sound barrier.

The place has a fantastic location, restaurants and bars are walking distance. For us was great. But if you want a quite place this is not a place for you, there is music everyday until late at night on the bars around.

The size of the apartment was perfect for 2.
There are some bars in front of the building that get a bit busy and noisey at some point of the night,
but the noise was almost unoticeable from the main room.

Great location, it felt like home not like a hotel. Overall the whole place is good.
The water pressure in the bathroom was horrible. It was very uncomfortable.

I stay at this property every time I come to puerto Vallarta. Staff is always friendly & helpful, Apartment I’d always squeaky clean. You cannot get a better location than where this property is located..It’s in the heart of everything right out your front door!
Only improvement would be a more comfortable bed? Maybe slap a 3” memo foam over the mattress, That would work wonders.
