Great location and amazing view! The room was very clean and spacious but the beds were too close to the floor. Patio was wonderful and I really enjoyed the picnic table as well as the tatami mat room. Will definitely stay here again.

I wish the beds were not so low and close to the floor but they were comfortable. I don’t know why they charge to use the pool…it should be included with the price.

The breakfast buffet was good!

Really close to the beach and nice spacious room. The onsen was really nice too. Staff were very helpful and polite.

The decor of the property was very dated. Our room was non-smoking but the stale smell of tobacco was still in there. Also very hard to get to by train and nowhere near any convenience store or other amenities.

The room is clean the view from the balcony is fantastic the staff are accomodating and the morning breakfast is good we are are well relaxed and satisfied

The balcony view is beautiful. The free shuttle bus. If you're going by train there's no taxi and it's too far to walk. So booking the shuttle bus is essential. The staff were really friendly and patient. Thank you for being patient despite the language barrier. It really made my stay enjoyable. I also made a dinner reservation and had kaiseki for dinner. I have food allergies but I was still able to enjoy the course. Breakfast was also nice too. I preferred dinner though. I'd highly recommend bring snacks for the night time because there isn't an option if you feel hungry later.

My room was changed during the night because the toilet was noisy and the AC unit too. It also smelled of smoke. I used the air freshener provided but it didn't really mask the smell. The hotel is old and could be updated. For example new paint, carpets and softer colours to make the room brighter. The dark wooden doors make the room look old and tired.
