Everything is superb. Only thing is that the room didn’t have much airflow. I would like to commend the concierge, especially, for going out of his way every single time. His service is absolutely stellar and this really made our hotel stay so wonderful!

The airflow in the room could be better.

Booking .com sent me confirmation for 2 adults + 1 child Upon check in, counter staff told me booking was for 1 adult + 1 child I had lounge access but the lounge was a joke. It is smaller than my room. Perpetually full at all times Hotel was crazily over-crowded during festive

Great location near the highway for travelling.

Not clean, room covered in dust like it has never been wiped down. Mini fridge old and shelf broken. Gym and pool not included in price. Glasses in bathroom dirty. Decorative pillow on bed needed to be washed.

バリヤフリー、椅子の配置、ベッドの高さなど障害者が使用するのに優しい設備。荷物を運んで下さって説明も丁寧にして下さいました。

残念な点は、お風呂場への段差とバスタブの高さ。

子供がいても懸念せずに宿泊できる。 シャワーカーテンが曲線になっているのでバスタブは長方形でもカーテンが体にまとわりつくことなくシャワーが浴びれる。

シャワーの穴から数本しか水が出なかった。フロントに電話をしたらすぐにシャワーヘッドの交換をしてくれて助かりましたが、言わなきゃそのままなんだと思いました。
