Great location! Walking distance to Nagoya Palace and the Chubu Electric Tower. The park extending north and south around the tower has great shops and restaurants as well as nice areas to relax. The downtown area around the hotel has many izakaya, restaurants, clubs, and small markets to get pretty much whatever you may need while travelling. Finally, the breakfast there is fantastic and inexpensive. The gentleman that custom prepared the eggs and french toast while we were there was incredibly nice and all of the staff were helpful.

long check-in process. too strict with check in times. check in was at 2 pm. we arrived at 1:30. our rooms were clearly ready but we had to wait until 2 air conditioning did not work for a while.

Nothing, but be caution when booking that for tall people (over 6’1) you may find the beds small. But this is typical of Japan.

Good hotel at a nice location. We had a superior double room, with 2 seperate beds. The room was big for Japanese standards and was well equiped. There was a separate toilet and shower room. The breakfast is pretty extensive but mostly Japanse oriented, not a lot of western options. Public transport, main shops and restaurants are nearby.

We've been to the same hotel in 2019 and we think it was pretty new at that time. Compared to 2019 the rooms and overal hotel were in less good shape. There were some stains on the carpet and curtains, wallpaper came off at some places, the door of the cabinet was crooked. So some small maintenance is needed. The airconditioning couldn't go lower as 20 degrees celcius.

The breakfast is good and the staff are super nice ! The bedroom is so comfort and quiet. Location is perfectly good and just few stations away from Nagoya Station.

Smooth check-in, Covid careful, lovely comfortable room, buffet breakfast was generous and varied. Lots of restaurants nearby although mostly Japanese language, sparkling clean, easy access to the subway.

Absolutely no complaints. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. This hotel exceeded expectations, even fort Japan.
