階層の高さもあり、新幹線が良く見える景観でした。大人なのにかなりはしゃいでしまいました(笑) 部屋もとても広くて使いやすかった。 朝食バイキングは種類も豊富で、ライブクッキングのオムレツもトロトロ大好きなレア感✨とても美味しかったです。

浴室の湯船は綺麗に洗われておらず、垢がかなり付いていました。手入れが行き届いていないのかな、、、、やはり浴室の匂いはキツかったです。本当に残念 照明はもう少し明るい方が良いなと思いました。結構薄暗く感じました。

I could not believe the air con was not working and we had a warm day it was terrible. The staff provided us with a fan, its not acceptable for a hotel not to have the air con system not functioning.

I couldn’t sleep because the room next door was noisy.

The location is near to Nagoya station, just 5 mins walk. Quadraple room is spacious for us family of four. At least hotel provides a microwave, laundry and ice-maker near the elevators.

Air-conditioning inside our room didn’t work great. Corridor outside room smelled cigarettes. Have to walk outside the room to use the microwave. The curtain is not blackout. The sun at 6am already penetrate our room.

Location was at thecenter of the city. Easy access to all destinations.The room was old and outdated. Some corners are fullof dust. Bed was good, but may be considered firm for some people. Parking was convinient and they offer special price for guest at the hotel. Good value hotel if you justwant a place to sleep.

the fridge was not working but the staff did not helpful and didn’t try to resolve the problem. the room has a very bad smoking smell and triggered me non stop coughing while I booked a non smoking room. the room temperature was too high after midnight even I had adjusted the air conditioner to 15 degrees.

Hotel is too old. Renovation is needed!

Old hotel with expensive dining service

location was superb if you are coming from the chubu airport and via train. it is just a very short walk to/fro the train station. there are shopping areas around it. We took the triple room which can house 3 adults and 2 children (2 and 5 YO). room was spacious enough (though cannot open all luggages, but it is bigger than most other hotel rooms). We appreciate that they gave kids amenities (cute bedroom slippers, toothbrush and a small towel). They provide pyjamas to adults too. but it is the gown type not shirt and pants. My hubs wore it anyway. :)

we came by car, so we couldn't really locate the carpark or know where to unload our luggages to bring up to the lobby which was on the 11th floor. Room's furniture is dated but room is clean.

Very conveniently located close to station and within walking distance of convenience stores and malls. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the buffet breakfast spread was decent. Staff were very helpful and when we got lost trying to find the entrance to the car park, the reception staff came out to our car and helped us navigate our way to the car park entrance (see comment on car park entrance)

If you are driving, and you use a navigation app like Google Maps or Waze, you might have difficulty locating the carpark entrance. The entrance is several clocks upstream from the hotel, so you need to turn into the car park entrance before you even reach the hotel. Based on my own analysis of google maps view, I think the entrance is a non-descript passage at the junction of Meiki-dori and Shimohiroi-cho.. (see the photos I uploaded) and it is several blocks upstream before you even reach the hotel. This entrance takes your vehicle up a long ramp that leads to the hotel's elevated parking. After parking, go through the glass entrance and make a left turn to see the lift lobby. I think the hotel / Booking.com should include these instructions in the hotel booking page.
