Lady’s floor in exception. Very comfortable and private. Feeling safe when staying alone.

A bit hard to find the location upon first arrival. Breakfast was hasty as I was there when almost last order. The hotel staff cleaned the utensils even several minutes before official close.

スタッフの方が親切でした。 レディースフロアで安心感があり、コンパクトで清潔なお部屋でした。 アクセサリーケース、拡大鏡があって嬉しかったです。

The bed is large enough for one person.

Only given one pillow.

ロケーションも良かったですし、新しくて清潔で、設備が非常に整っていました。低層階だったからかもしれませんが、窓を開ける事が出来たのは、閉塞感がなくて有り難かったです。バスタブは楕円形で広くて快適でした。

洗面台がほんの少し小さくて、洗顔する時、少し水が床にこぼれました。

일단 매일청소해줘서 좋았고 방도 괜찮았음 혼자자기에 딱맞았음

24시간이다보니 직원이 다 다르지만 출입카드가 사라져서 말하는데 마스터카드라는 말을 못알아듣고 나보고 여기 숙박하는거맞냐고 ;; 다른 숙소인데 착각하는거아니냐고 말해서 진짜 별로였음. 헤야노카드라고 안하고 마스타카드라고 쓰는곳이 있어서 그렇게 말한거를 일본어를 할줄알기에 말다알아듣는데

Convenient location (near to Nagoya Station). The room and the bathroom have sufficient height so that a person with 1.85m could take a shower without having problems. Also the bathtub is quite large. There's wired internet (via LAN cable) in the rooms and a cable is provided in the desk drawer. You get fresh towels, etc. every day (and they're really soft).

The elevator always stops at the 2F (probably to make sure that the staff can take a look at who's using it), which is a bit anoying because it wastes time. Operating he air conditioning / heating is a bit tricky when you're not able to read Kanji. The Room is a bit small if you have a large suitcase (IATA cabin size is ok, you can still open the bathroom door while your suitcase is open). You get fresh towels every day, even if you don't need them (not very ecological...)

レディースフロアーにレディース用のラウンジの中でマッサージチェアーがあるから、素晴らしいです。

そのレディースのラウンジに製氷機と大浴場がおいていたら良いと思います。
