温泉が、床がぬるぬるしていた。 ウォシュレットが弱かった

Er is een onsen waar je kostenloos gebruik van kunt maken tijdens je verblijf. Het hotel zit ook direct na een metro station wat erg fijn is

De hotelkamers in de APA hotels zijn echt mega klein net als de bedden. Een klein tweepersoonsbed is vrij krap met z’n 2en en er lag ook een kuil in het midden. Verder hadden we per ongeluk voor een kamer met roken gekozen. Wij roken beide niet, maar letterlijk alles stinkt naar rook. Als je de gang oploopt vanuit de lift ruik je het al.

スタッフが冷たい 初めてアパホテルを利用したので利用の仕方がわからなかったが 愛想が悪く、めんどくさそうな対応をされて不快だった

Location is good. People in Counter are all friendly to foreigners.

There is a little wool in Coin laundry. Might need to clean it up more often.

Amazing amenities provided and excellent communication for English speaking tourist. Convenient location to visit different places of visit in Nagoya!

My window could not be opened, there was no window handle on it.

Onsen and sauna in the hotel

Location is very convenience, just around 200 meters from Marunouchi Metro station (Red line) exit 3. An escalator is only half way to the exit way, not good for the heavy luggage. If you have luggage, I would recommend you to use the elevator which is in between exit no. 3 and 4. Please see the map details in th station area again. I can't remember exactly. The family mart is next to the hotel.

I stayed here for 5 nights but the drinking water was provided on the day of arrival only. I was on the 3rd floor which is the vending machine was located, there maybe some noise from there.

Location

Tidy, clean and quiet with small hot public bath, very near to metro station. Delicious breakfast with only 1500yen. The staff are very helpful, there is delivery service. The room is small.

Front desk is very helpful. Nice Hot spring for relaxation

the restaurant is too old… please…. renovate it and everything in your hotel will be perfect but the food is delicious especially the tebasaki.

The onsen was a very nice addition. It was a great facility, with a very convenient location. Less than a block from the entrance to Marunouchi station. The room was a bit cramped, but the bed was comfortable.

The washing machine was a bit inconvenient. It was in the onsen area, so was subject to the onsen hours. I was almost locked out from getting my laundry, but there was a member of staff close by to help.
