I was very disappointed the property had no aircon on the first night and no dvd player or amenities as promised. but the owners did deliver after a few days of visit.

Room was clean, the moment you open the door carpet smells. Smell like humid old carpet. Foxtel is fake, you need supscrition for most of the channels. My son supposed to use the sofa bed, when opened was very dirty. He used the couch to sleep and wasn't comfortable and leather cover made it worse. The dining table frame rusty and also the balcony table. Ay room is smelly and you have to hire the equipment. Mouldy carpet smells

great family environment. no noise, great pool.

the fact that we were a family with a baby and put on the third floor was a little hard.

location there is park close to property & it will be good to walk in morning. close to Board each

cleaning linen not cleaned. Carpet not vacuumed and some utensils not washed & can see food sticking on it. There is dust on TV table , Kitchen , sink linen have stain and hairs & It is not acceptable. if you are living there 7 days or less , they won’t clean the room or change linen & if you want to clean they will charge. there is no cleaning stuff which you can use to clean toilet , sink , carpet you only get one Toilet tissue , which I feel awkward

Quietness, convenience to public transport, and Oasis shopping centre for groceries etc, Apartment good size, bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed.

apartment was a bit dusty, and shower being over bath and no none slip mat, was a bit hard for us older travellers

The apartment had everything we needed to make our 5-night stay comfortable.

- Limited supply of coffee/tea/sugar, dishwashing tablet (only 1), toilet paper roll (only 1). - Microwave was on a shelf above the counter and when you open the door, it was blocking you because it only opens 90 deg. It was quite hard to put stuff in. I'm a bit tall (168cm) but I still had to stand on tiptoes so I could put things in. If you don't use the microwave a lot it won't bother you. - This is the first place I've ever stayed at anywhere (in and outside Australia) where we had to pack up and throw out our own rubbish, and wash and put away everything we used in the kitchen for fear of being charged a cleaning fee which they can take out of the $200 bond that you have to pay when you check-in. It's an extra hassle given you need to pack your stuff and be out by 10am.

Location and the stay of the resort. Was easy and close to Surfers Paradise

Daily maintenance would have been nice, WE had 6 nights booked but it was not cleaned or serviced for all the days

We are the old couple, every time when we want to go out or have a tea , we must step or climb to 3rd floor .
