Fantastic facilities. Staff were so helpful and even provided an upgrade upon arrival as our stay was for a special occasion. The room was exceptional with views of the MBS. so comfortable equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The noise from functions at the Lantern bar could be heard in the room until quite late.

I am disappointed to learn that my guest with wife whom supposed to celebrate their 40 years of anniversary ended up with city view room. Understood that the booking was made with Bookings.com with options of City view/River view stated in the webpage. I have made the request that River bay view is the preferred choice! Shall this request can not be fulfilled due to room rate then we should be alerted before check-in.

Everything was perfect. Early checkin, beautiful interiors, great breakfast, helpful and polite staff ! And the best thing was the fantastic view of Marina Bay Sands and the light show !

We loved everything about the "Fullerton Bay Hotel" LOCATION !! amazing staff and service it all lived up to its 5* rating. Our room was beautiful.... magic Marina views (especially at night) very comfortable bed & pillows, great lounge, desk, coffee/tea facilities. Large bathroom, with a bath, separate shower & separate toilet.. lovely toiletries and thick white fluffy towels. Great buffet breakfast & a la carte, fresh juice, excellent coffee etc Within the hotel there are lots of cosy sitting areas to have a snack or drink Fantastic swimming pool on the roof ! We walked from the hotel to many of the other areas and also went by taxi they arrived quickly and were inexpensive. I highly recommend this stunning Hotel and everyone that works there - thank you !

The hotel had a smell throughout and the room had a strong mould smell making it difficult to sleep. The staff were very pro active to find a solution which was very positive.

The view over the bay from the verandah!! Omg!!!! The breakfast room! Breakfast fresh and delicious. Room fantastic. Personel super friendly, we especially liked Jason at the reception!! So helpful!! As the in-room dining didn't go smoothly they brought a bottle of an excellent red wine and 2 wine glasses to the room!! Super stay!!!!
