מלון נקי ועובדים מאוד אדיבים. יחסית היה שקט באוגוסט על אף שהיה בתפוסה מלאה. מתאים למשפחות עם ילדים גדולים. החדרים מאוד נקיים ומתוחזקים.
רמת האוכל בנונית. יש אוכל בשפע, יוצאים שבעים אבל לא מאוד נהננו מהמבחר והאיכות.

צהרים טובים,
האמת שאנחנו מגעים בדרך כלל לישרוטל נבו ים המלח, הפעם רצינו לשנות, קרוב לים, וכו.
שהגענו למלון היה פקידה אחת צריכים לחכות הרבה זמן בהמתנה של הצאק אין,
חניה לא היה במלון בחוץ בתשלום,
ארוחת ערב לצערי לא מכבדת ולא ראויה להגיש גרונות של הודו במלון זה בושה ממדרגה ראשונה,
מנהל המלון כל הזמן היה בצעקות עם העובדים עד שלא היה לי ברירה והיית צריך לגשת להעיר לו בשפה שלו שלא מוקבל שמגעים למלון משלמים אלפי שקלים ומאז שמגעים הוא רק צועק בלובי רב עם העובדים שלו והילדים מפחדים,
נס שיש מסעדות שהלכנו להשלים שם את האורחת ערב.
החדר לא היה נקי הערתי גם את זה בקבלה, במקלחת שערות של נשים שהין לפנינן, המרפסת כולה אבק, מסביב למיטה העץ שבור, בשירותים כנל ועוד
בארוחת בוקר עומדים מעל 10 דקות לחביצה כי יש פלאנצה אחת והוא מפעיל רק חצי שלא יקפוץ עכשיו,
אין בבר חביתה שתיקח אלה רק לחכות ולשרוף זמן.
לצערי לא חוזר אליכם, גם היו צריכים להיות חברים שביטלו אחרי שראו תתמונות,
לפיצוי הנפש עוד חודש סגרתי 5 ימים בישרוטל,
יכולתי לעלות לפייסבוק וכו.
אבל לא רוצה לפגוע בפרנסה שלכם.
מבאז מאוכזב, כל מי שישאל כמובן שלא ימליץ אליכם.
מאמין שיהיה פראיירים אחרים.

לא היה משהו שאהבתי אז כתבתי במה אהבתי את כל מה שלא אהבתי.
שאתב מגיע למלון ומהתחלה אתב מבין שנפלת אז כבר שום דבר לא יפצה אותך.

Муравьи в номере, выбор и качество еды на завтрак и особенно на ужин очень средние.

لدي بعد التعقيب ايضاً لزوار العرب كبار وصغار
يجب وضع قنوات عربية لمتابعة التلفاز هذا الشيء يجذب السائح العربي للأوتيل

אהבתי הכל מרמת הנקיון החדרים עד האוכל בחדר אוכל אוכל מזין וטעים ומגוון המתקנים עובדים מצוין גם בחורף אפילו הבריכה באופן מפתיע המסאזים מעולים. המלון לא מתקמצן על האחרים ועוזר להם כמיטב יכולתו זאת
הפעם השניה שלי באותו המלון אז תסמכו על הדעה שלי בנושא
לא מצאתי משהו רע לאגיד על המקום אז מה שלא אהבתי זה שאין מה לא לאוהב במלון הזה

Service, was disappointed that our check in was only allowed from 19h, dinner finished at 20.30 we went to dinner at 20.50, still some guests were being served they didn’t allowed us to go inside and didn’t even have option of serving some food at our room, even if was some sandwich’s when they know outside of the hotel there’s is not many options. For the price and quality of the hotel I was expecting more.

Public bathroom doors didn’t have soup to clean the hands, and is not that was empty, didn’t have even a place where to put soup.

They were a bit too busy, so we couldn't order Room service.

Mostly I wanted to enjoy the beach, but no one was cleaning the beach, the public toilets on the beach were dirty, and there was no soap to wash my hands.

Lovely location with all facilities - direct access to the Dead Sea, an excellent Spa with a indoor pool, with salt water line the Dead Sea. Lovely views from our room.
The food options for breakfast and dinner were excellent and varied.
This is an exceptionally good property in All aspects. I recommend it very highly.

We liked the beach and breakfast.
The room condition was not good. the bathroom bidet hose was removed, bathroom door handle came apart as I was inside the bathroom, had hard time getting out of there. There were little bugs around the table where coffeemaker is.
There is a package with dinner included, but nobody offered it to us.
There are not many decent places to eat around the area . We event to " Taj Mahal" that was recommended to us by the hotel staff, it was a big disappointment.

Great room, beautiful view. Super easy access to bathe in dead sea and lie on beach right out of the hotel. Very friendly staff. Food was high quality.

Highly recommended hotel! Loved the location, right at the beach. Beautiful, luxurious rooms with marble bathrooms and nice balcony; small but very nice. Great variation of high quality food for dinner and breakfast. Beautiful views over the Dead Sea. Friendly personnel. Overall - a very worthy stay!

The hotel staff / management did not take any responsibility and did not make any effort to stop groups from making loud noise with speakers that they brought to the pool. It is opposite to the calm atmosphere that should be in the dead sea.

It was not the cleanest place... We found lots of hair in our room, even on the bed sheet. For the price charged, it should be spotless

Perfect location, on the beach of the Dead Sea. Nice room with good view (we paid for it). Meals (breakfast and dîner were both good to very good). The facilities were quite well too.
No being ableto have a parking place on the parking of the hotel. It is much too small compared to the size of the premises. So you have to park on the gravel parking 5 minutes to the hotel. Ok but unexpected.
The rooms were clean, but not deeply clean. Some of the facilities (spa) look quite old, but the lobby is brand new. So in an overall the hotel is good. But it does not match to a 5 stars hotel as described. But I believe it is the case for all the hotels of South Israel. Maybe it is related to the personal and training.
