Continuous Access card issues, furniture broken or damaged and very poorly repaired. Room smelt of paint fumes for the full 4 days even after being left open when possible. Door lock faulty, lifts very slow when working.. over all very tired motel. Extremely disappointed

The view was spectacular stayed on level 28, beautiful sunrise. We sat on the balcony watching migrating whales and could watch them from the comfort of the couch. Extremely clean and modern inside and very comfortable bed

Liked the beach front view and proximity to beach. Nice customer service.

Apartment was old. Kitchen outdated. Not many kitchen accessories available. Arrangements of TV, bed and view not well planned.

Location excellent, security was good

shower floor needed a good clean mould in grout , floor around table had something split never washed, and needed a blanket for bed. I rate beachcomer 2 1/2 stars. suggest independant rating.This would would fix cost of stay.

For the price the view was good, would've loved to have had a beach view but didn't book that.

We had an absolutely fantastic view from our apartment and it was nice and quiet. The bed was comfy and the place was clean. The room also had a laundry machine which is a handy addition.

This place requires you to take your own rubbish to the basement at the end of your stay. For the amount of money we paid for a room, we thought this was pretty unreasonable (especially as it was hard to find the bins, so we spent a while searching for them).

Chipped tiles through the bathroom and kitchen, stains on walls, mould in shower screen, damaged and chipped shelves in the wardrobe and kitchen, damaged fridge.

The view was the best.

2 beds being out together, I woke up with a bad back. We had to purchase our own amenities, There wasn't daily room cleaning. I.e general adding shampoo, making of the bed.

it was two beds pushed together that it did come out and the water in the shower was able to get out easily making a mess everywhere

that there were 2 elevators for 31 floors of rooms. took ages to get from room to ground floor

All facilities were dirty Outdoor Pool ,sauna were closed majority of times due to maintenance BBQ wasn't working The apartment itself very aged and not clean Kitchen is dirty no enough kitchenet Checking in time wasn't accurate as our room had broken door that needed to be replaced in our checking time and there was no laundry facilities available in the apartment we booked, even though it was listed when we did the booking They had to reallocate us to different apartment which took a longer time Indoor pool wasn't heated and too small Kitchen tap was leaking Most facilities were described online weren't there Lift were on maintenace the entire time at our stay which meant that we had to stop at each level which went up to level 31 and the waiting time for lifts were horrible Sauna wasn't even warm most times Extra bed we requested when we booked wasn't available till we asked for it And wasn't comfortable at all Worse experience ever
