The location isn't very good and there seems ti be a lot of construction going on.

The balcony was the best feature. It was huge. I spent the majority of my time sitting on the balcony enjoying the outdoor space. The fully loaded kitchen and washer/dryer was a great touch as well. Both came in handy during my stay. Also, the cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and the layout was nice. However, the furniture seemed a bit dated and worn. I referred back to the pictures on the site often to compare. The pictures on the site shows a more fresh, modern look. That's the look I was expected. Also, I arrived earlier than planned due to a canceled appointment. I was charged $70 as a half day fee although I was only 2 hours early. To me that price seemed a bit excessive.

Breakfast was very good and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is attached to the IMAGO mall, which has eating and shopping options. It is conveniently located close to two metro stops.

The beds were a bit firm.

Very warm and great facilities. Having a washer dryer was a plus!
