I like the waiters at the restaurant an good service and the pool was awesome

price was perfect for the quality and location. local food spots nearby were great! pool and swim up pool were nice. ceviche fantastic. bed comfortable.

We didn’t mind walking to the beach or bars every day, but the price for taxi back and forth every day might not be worth it to others. scooters don’t work in this area. prices for food/drink were high but comparable to Aruba prices. check-in agents we not very welcoming and helpful with information of things to do in area.

Resort was more than I expected... I will definitely book with them again

only stairs no elevators to bring up luggage, but if you ask the front desk they will have someone bring your luggage up and down. Also the showers are very small. I not a toothpick but I'm not huge either 😁.

The location, the building is so beautiful with a nice environment.

There was a leaking on the shower, as result, the whole bathroom flooded everytime I’ve tried to use it. So, I have informed to the receptionist who mentioned the maintenance team would take care of it, however nothing was done. In the other hotels I used to stay, if some inconvenience like that happens they provide another room for the clients. In addition to that, there was nobody to lead me to the room when I arrived at the hotel. As the facility is to big, I was lost at late of night trying to find it

I liked having the condo with 2 bathrooms a kitchen and balcony. the staff was friendly and the place was clean.

I prefer to be closer to the beach. I also thought they should get new pool chairs since many were missing part of the seat which wasn’t comfortable. They could also get new chairs for the balcony.

the property is about .75 miles from the beach. but we had a car so the location didn’t matter.

It was a beautiful place, the hot tub and pools were nice. The staff was very friendly.

very nice staff. pretty grounds. great breakfast at the restaurant but dinner was mediocre at best.

bathroom was uncomfortably small. clean but towels were threadbare and shower curtain needed to be changed.

It was a wonderful stay! The room was nice and quiet, but old fashion, the bed was super comfy and the kitchen full equipped was amazing for us! the pool zone is beautiful, with a lot of beach chairs to enjoy your stay!

The room was old fashion and the gym was too basic, maybe because of the lack of space, but it would have been perfect some dumbbells and bands to complement the few machines.

Everything Pool was great The staff was excellent THE Food at the Resturant was excellent the prices were one of the best in the World Services was excellent I was absoutly about the resort and so easy to get to Palm Beach and the Stoes for Shopping THE Main City is for the High Class people that HAVE Money ived been to those places before but the resort was excellent THANKS

Everything went well

The aesthetics of the pools were lovely. There were two pools available. One of the pools had a bar in it which was pretty nice. The outdoor part of the hotel is very nice also. Besides the hotel itself, the staff was friendly.

The interior of the rooms is a bit very outdated, which is ironic because I had to pay a deposit of 200 dollars for the room. In contrast, at other hotels with even more luxurious interiors, you don't pay a deposit, or you can see where your deposit goes. The bathroom had mold in it, which was very nasty. I thought it was part of the tiles until my nails scraped on it and found out it was mold, which was utterly filthy.

They have two nice pools and the water was at a good temperature. They have a restaurant on-site but we didn't use it. They have two cute parrots I talked to each day. We were able to do Covid testing on-site which was nice for our return flight. They are close to several restaurants and could drive to the tourist zone area near Pasea Herencia shopping center. Would recommend Linda's Dutch Pancakes which wasn't too far from here. They have a pool bar. If staying on-site during the day, they have a few activities. We had a rental car so we drove around the island to a different beach everyday. We were able to get free chair at Moomba Beach because of our staying at Caribbean Palm, and it was a really nice beach, maybe one of my favorite and it wasn't even on my radar. The room was nice, we had a balcony over looking the pool area, had a 2 bedroom unit. Beds were comfortable.

The WiFi in the room could have been better but they have better Wifi in the pool area. We brought one person who had to work online during the vacation and she had to go down to the pool to use the Wifi. I was able to get my emails and post on Facebook in the room. We were able to take that person with us a couple days and she used the WiFi at some of the beach bars so she didn't have to stay at resort the whole week.

Excellent staff at the restaurant and food was great. Huge and clean apartment.

Sofa bed was old and uncomfortable to sleep on.
