It was quaint quiet clean. when we first arrived I thought it looked a little sketchy but it was perfect. Ana and Wilson were so sweet Manager and Caretaker. Next time we will rent a car. They have a couple of cats and some chickens. We loved it because we are dairy farmers and we loved not having lots a people around. It is past the Ritz Carleton the beach is and ocean is right across the while in the pool there is ocean view .

The accommodation is cute. A village with a charming back garden and a small pool in front of the paradise. With few accommodations, it is an extremely friendly environment. Our room had the exactly space we need for 2 persons. it’s not an accommodation to spend all day long inside. Ana is an amazing hostess and supported us all time with a big and contagious smile. if you are looking for a kind of boho chic hotel, there is the place. around 20 minutes walking to the center of palm beach and the night life. We hadn’t rent a car and that’s fine but if you want to explore the island, it will be recommended.

Wilson was great ! Friendly, Attentive, there for your every need . Greeted us at property even though we were early , check in was great ! Location is key , perfect view of sunset from our patio .

The location was very easy to find. We had to find it on our own as we rented a car. Property manager was very helpful and available when needed. We did not want a resort feel with people everywhere but instead a quite relaxing get away. And it was perfect. Loved that the beach was right there and you could walk in any direction on the beach.

This is a tuff question as everything was great....I guess if I had to say 1 thing it would be the air-conditioned would shut off randomly.... but not for a large amount of time so it was not bad.

The people running the place were very friendly.

Room was small and overall, rundown. Bed had a hump in the middle. Outdoor kitchen had fruit flies making it hard to cook. Very few cooking utensils. Pool is really a large hot tub. Ocean view is almost non-existent.

Electrics looked a bit dodgy but they didn’t cause a problem. The outside kitchen was fine but since the weather was so hot was quite uncomfortable to eat outside even late, plus midges about.

what’s not to like!

The room was very comfortable - the AC was good and a fan directly over the bed meant you didn't need to use the AC at night. Cooking facilities were good outside of the room as was the sofa area. Our room did not receive any breeze so it did get hot on the outside area, but other rooms look like they did. Nice pool area with a small pool, and not too many other guests meant it was always quiet and quite private. Location was good, away from the big resorts but close enough to walk to the beaches. A car is needed to see the island though. There were buses but I kept missing them!

They have a cute cat at the hotel, but don't give it any fish or a member of staff will shout at you and throw stones at the cat when you are trying to relax!

EVERYTHING! The garden, outdoor kitchen, beautiful pool, garden, beach access, free parking, 2 min (drive) to busier area (glad we didn’t stay there) PEACEFUL! Amazing staff. Relaxing. Beautiful beach view. Wi-Fi!

I love the set up of the room with the outdoor kitchen and living room. The pool was great and different beaches in walking distance

Lovely layout, homey compared to big hotels, close to the kite schools.

Staff onsite were either absent or unresponsive. No regular cleaning service or toiletries/amenities and fresh towels had to be requested. For the price point that was quite surprising.

Loved the location, away from high rise busy strip yet close to both Palm Beach and Boca Catalina which is excellent for snorkeling with local vibe. Enjoyed the walk/jog on the sidewalk along the beaches across the apartment all the way to Arashi Beach and beautiful sunset everyday. The communication with the Property was timely and responsive. Ana answered all my questions and reserved a rental car for me. The housekeeper Wilson was hard working, friendly and helpful always. He was so kind to offer us a ride to pick up food on our last night when I no longer had the rental car. Really liked the outdoor living space with kitchen too. I'd definitely go back to Beach House Apartments if I visit Aruba again.

The property manager, Ana, and the caretaker, Wilson, were lovely as mentioned by many reviewers. Ana was very kind when my husband and I needed to check out earlier than planned. The location is also good: close to some of the nicest beaches on the island but away from the crowds of Palm Beach.

I feel badly saying anything negative since Ana was so nice, but there were some definite issues with the property itself. An outdoor kitchen sounds great until you're in it when it's 85 degrees with 75% humidity: it was impossible to be in the room, even the trade winds barely helped. The overall lack of privacy was also just not enjoyable (could literally hear the guy next door snoring through the bedroom wall) and the room was badly in need of updating (photo is of the a/c that drains into the bathroom shower).

Very lovely rooms with a outdoor kitchen and living room. next to the beach (50m) and kite spot (100m) very friendly staff. ana and wilson are so friendly people, helping you with every question and giving super advices.

The host Ana was friendly and responsive. Kitchen outdoor was very nice, we were able to eat breakfast and sometimes cook easy dinners. The area gets really quite at night, which made our stay very peaceful. Eco friendly.

The property was beautiful! The staff was incredibly lovely. They thought of everything and the apartment had everything we needed.

Loved the room. Great set up with the Kitchen and Living area outside and the Bedroom and Bathroom inside. Very quiet and quaint. Ana was an extremely gracious host. My wife had mentioned to her that it was my birthday, the following day there was a bottle of champagne in my fridge from her....very thoughtful.

The only possible negative about this place was the beach was very rocky. We had to walk a quarter mile or so to get to a sandy beach.

The spacious sea view unit had the tropical characters, with attention to detail. The outdoor living with patio and garden made us feels like home. The people, owners and staff were exceptional friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect as it’s next to the Palm beach, but it’s quiet and peaceful.

For people who have the expectation of the five star resort, you might be a little disappointed. It was a very good value of comfortable living, not a luxury high end hotel. For us, it’s better than high-end hotel, because it has its charming, secluded, and personal connections.
