This is a very unique property. If you are a small kid, or a big kid, you will love this place. Vicki is a most warm, hospitable and kind woman who is probably the best host we have ever had anywhere. We had family fly in from Canada, and friends locally, come together, with our kiddos, to surprise my wife for her 50th Bday. Vicki made it all come together with last minute fixes and help in a clutch. Just outstanding.

We just spent a fabulous 2 weeks at this property! We were a family of 23 adults and 4 small children. The entire family had a great time using all the amenities provided by the owner. The house was perfect for our group, close to grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. The kitchen is very well stocked, not your typical rental! Basically, all you need to do is buy your fresh foods. I can’t say enough about the back yard, it is where we spent most of our time and ate almost all meals outdoors. (You have your choice of 3 different grills in the backyard.) There are so many arcade games, board games, mini golf, playground equipment for the little ones, corn hole, shuffleboard, a basketball half court, large pool, 8 person hot tub and the list goes on!! No age group lacks for anything to do. Vicki, the owner, is truly more than a Premier Host. She is very quick to respond to emails, and if we had a question, concern, or needed something at the house, she took care of it right away. She made our stay PERFECT! We could not have found a better home for our gathering, and would highly recommend this property. We left with so many memories of a very special family time together.

The house is as described in the listing. We had a group of 18 with room to spare. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. There are games that appeal to all age ranges. The pool was great in the 100 degree heat. I never heard the words “I’m bored” all week! Vicki was very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended.

Very communicative and thorough with a wonderful property that couldn’t be more perfect for large groups that want to largely stay in place as opposed to a minimalist home base to explore Phoenix from. Terrific stay!

Vicki was wonderful to work with and was a very attentive host. If we had questions, she immediately responded. The property is spectacular. You will always have activities to do. The pool was great during the day, and the hot tub was great for the evening hours. The location is excellent. It is just minutes away from Albertsons and Costco. I highly recommend booking this for a small company retreat or family get-together.

My group size of 23 people stayed here when we visited Scottsdale for a weekend golf trip. It was amazing! Endless entertainment options and slept 23 guys comfortably. Vicki was extremely professional and responsive. I would highly recommend!

Our family of 16 ( eight kids and eight adults) enjoyed this property immensely! It truly has something for everyone. We all enjoyed the game room and pool. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the house is updated, clean, and safe. Vicki is a wonderful host. Communication with Vicki was excellent and always prompt. We give this house FIVE STARS without hesitation!

Everything was great for our group of 20. The backyard was perfect, the pool water was so refreshing. We would like to return sometime in the future.

My family had an AMAZING stay. We got home yesterday and my kids are already saying they miss the Arizona. The house itself has so much to do. We left the home just one time the entire week. I had researched the area for amusement parks/museums, but really there was no need. We spent our days lounging by the pool and in the huge jacuzzi. Our nights filled with video games and laughing at each others pictures on the Toy Story Pinball machine. The host Vicki, is the sweetest. You can tell she genuinely wants you to have a great vacation. She has thought of EVERYTHING (no exaggeration) to make you feel comfortable. There are so many extras in the home. Highly recommend this home for all ages but especially families with those hard to please 8-15 year olds that get bored easy. It was exactly what we had hoped for!

This property is absolutely fabulous! Vicki was such an amazing and gracious host. Vicki has thought of everything with regards to amenities. We could have shown up with just our clothes bc everything we needed was already there! Her communication went above and beyond and her graciousness is amazing. Our large family was so comfortable in the home, lots of space and the games! The big kids, the dads, and the little kids loved all the arcade games! The outdoor space is beautiful and comfortable. We spent everyday in the pool and every evening outside lounging. Honestly we didn’t even need to leave the house there was so much to enjoy. I just can’t say enough amazing things about this property. We would love to come back for another visit. I would give it 10,000 stars if I could :)

The house was everything we were expecting and more. Tons of room, tons of things to do between the pool, arcade games, putting greens, and more. The house is well stocked with all the amenities. Highly recommend this house!

I have been coming to Arizona for 20 years bringing golfing groups of 4-8 friends and have been a VRBO user since its inception. I can say unequivocally that this is the best house I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. Why? 1. The attention to detail of Vicki and Matt is beyond compare. They are supreme in the area of personal service and one feels that they are trying to provide the best experience possible. 2. Of course, there is almost no chance of problems because this is the most well prepared and well stocked house I have used. Vicki has thought of virtually everything to make your stay memorable. 3. The place is spotlessly clean and we were to afford all eight people perfectly comfortable sleeping quarters. 4. The hot tub and pool were the centerpiece for us and we spent most of our evenings around the fire pit while watching one of the seemingly endless supply of smart TVs that Vicki has provided. 5. There may be some game out there that Vicki hasn't thought of but rest assured she will hunt it down and add it to the endless array of games she provides. We all wished we had come here when we were 10 years old. Kid's paradise for sure. Pretty much fun for an old codger like me. 6. If you like to cook or grill, this is for you. A brand new but fully seasoned Traeger Smoker and an outstanding outdoor grill were a great addition as Bob's ribeyes and my smoked baby back ribs were highlights. 7. I could go on but you get the picture. This is the best

We had a large family group with ages ranging from 3 to 65 and everyone had a great time. Plenty of entertaining things to do right there & a beautiful outdoor space for all to enjoy. Vicki was so gracious and always responded immediately to any request. We so enjoyed her home rental and her!

This house has everything! Lots of games, pool, hot tub, several TV's, great outdoor space, plenty of bedrooms and beds, etc. Vicki was great to talk to, and she kept the pool comfortable even though the weather wasn't as we hoped.

Vicki goes absolve and beyond as a host and made our time in Arizona even more fun. The house is perfect for large groups, family gatherings or even teams traveling together. Definitely recommend staying at this property and if we are even back in the area, this would be our first choice!

Our family had a blast at this house. Everyone enjoyed the pool and arcade games including big screen in arcade room in backyard c/w Xbox. Vicki was quick to respond to any question we had. The house has lots of little extras you don’t normally find included.

We had a great stay at this home with our extended family. We were traveling with children ages 11, 9, 5, 4, and 3. The arcade games kept the 11 and 9 year old busy the whole trip, and the warm pool helped us tired out the 3, 4, and 5 year old every day. Vicki got the pool all the way to 95 degrees in January for us!!! This meant we could swim comfortably for a long time even on the days were the temps were in the 60s, and down to 50 at night sometimes. We haven't found any other rental houses that can do this with their pool. Vicki's new gas heater is awesome :)

Very roomy and spacious place home. Very nice heated pool and hot tub. all appliances were very up to date and nice. Video games galore provided hours of entertainment!!!!

Our family of 16 stayed here the week after Christmas. The weather was less than ideal but Vicky went the extra mile to help make the best of it, keeping the pool nice and warm. The big kids were busy playing the video games, pinball and tetherball. The little ones loved the putting green, connect four and small toys. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials!

We really enjoyed our time together as a family at this home. There was so much to do, we were never bored. If you needed something, Vicki had it there for you. Location was great and near stores, easy access to everything one would need. We will all be back! Thank you Vicki for making our stay so enjoyable!

This was hands down, the best Vrbo that we have stayed at. We traveled to Phoenix with a college basketball team and there was MORE than enough room to spread out. Everything in the house, from the beds to the games, were top notch. The pictures do not do the house justice. On top of the amazing amenities, the house is FULLY stocked. It has EVERYTHING you need. The best part of the house was Vicki. She was so accommodated and was a text away if we ever needed anything. We even forgot a few items and she mailed them back to us! This house was perfect. If you have a large group and are traveling to Phoenix area, this house is a no brainer!

My family and I ( ages 15-73) just spent an awesome week at Vicki's house in Phoenix. Everything was perfect including ALL the games and outdoor activities. Everyone loved the warm pool so much that we rarely used the hot tub for relaxation. Vicki goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and we would definitely return for a future vacation. Vicki---once again for sharing your gaming paradise with our family!!

We stayed at Vicki's property for 4 nights as we dropped our son off at GCU for the Fall semester. Her house was beyond what is even described. She has thought through every aspect of someone's stay to make sure that it will be stress and worry free. The property was so much fun with games, TVs, pool and so much more. The best part of the stay however was Vicki's attention to all needs. She was easy to get ahold of and was there for anything we needed! Oh and the shopping area Desert Ridge is close and has great shops, restaurants and live music. We hope to get to stay again on future visits!

Even after our stay, we couldn't believe it. Our 10 days flew by, and we enjoyed each minute of our stay. We would love to find time to rebook and enjoy again this wonderful home. Our host, Vicki, on a scale of 1 to 10 was 15; she was great.

The owner meet us at property and went over everything. There is a ton of stuff to do. The pool is fantastic and the owner supplies way more than we expected including coffee, towels paper products and even seasonings for grilling out. Perfect place for family or even on business as we were. Way better bang for the buck vs hotel. Thank you !!

Vicki is a terrific host. Any questions she answers immediately. Definitely plenty of room for just 5 of us. The kids had a blast swimming and playing all the games. Would go back to stay here if we're back in Phoenix. The misters by the pool we're appreciated during the July heat. Made it very comfortable.
