This is the 2nd time we stayed at Oceania. Stunning views. Property and pools well kept Security is attentive and helps with taxis. Property manager met us shortly after arrival. 3 pretty decks. Open space. Lots of room. East walk to beach bars and restaurants. You can walk to superfoods and taxi back with your groceries. Really my only negative is the roof top deck. While it gives awesome views we only went up once because literally every chair was busted and you couldn’t sit on them. Otherwise awesome week and will def be back

We just returned from a week in Aruba where we stayed at this condo. The checkin/out process was very easy and smooth and everyone we dealt with was friendly and accommodating. The condo was very well set up; plenty of room for our party of six. We made good use of the balconies, where we had a great view. Steps to the beach, which was wonderful. When we had enough sun, we returned to the pool area which provided shade when we wanted it and sun when we didn’t. Pool was very clean and nice. Great bonus to have laundry in the condo. Overall a great experience.

We were greeted by a spirited property manager who was more than eager to please the guests. The host and the manager were super responsive and took care of minor maintenance issues. The property and the grounds are kept clean and immaculate. We loved the location and beautiful views of the ocean right from the terrace of each unit.

This is our 3rd stay at Oceania, our first in this unit. The unit was great as far as the size of the unit. Having 3 separate balconies was wonderful for our family. Amazing view. The unit was very clean. The only complaint we had was a trivial one but the owners only give you a very basic amount of paper products and dish products to start with. It was noted in the description but we had to go to store on day one to buy more toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap,etc. It has a full well stocked kitchen but they gave a disposable dish cloth which would not adequately clean the dishes. It just seemed for this upscale penthouse unit it would be better supplied and we could enjoy our time at the beach instead of having to run to the store. They did offer grocery delivery in advance which we did not do for this unit. We did it for one of the other units and it worked great. I'd recommend having groceries delivered from Super Foods on your day of delivery and add the above mentioned items to them and sit back, relax and enjoy your trip.

Beautiful place, awesome location . Everything was clean. Beautifu l views. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. The only thing that could make this better is if they had a pool bar at this location with food. Anna was great meeting us and giving us the scoop on everything!

This was our 2nd trip to Aruba, and we are so happy we chose to stay at this property this time around! The condo was exactly as described, checking in and out was easy and smooth, walking to the beach was quick and easy, and the condo provided all the important beach essentials! We would gladly stay here again and look forward to another visit in the future!

This was our first family vacation and it was amazing. The property is so convenient and right across the street from the beach. Our family had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was a great location for us. Eagle beach is much quieter and less crowded than Palm Beach. Very convenient to some local restaurants and various activities. We rented a car but all the excursions we did offered pick up at the Oceania. Only 4-5 min drive to palm beach if you want the night life offered there. Would had been nice to have a beach bar on the premises but there are a few wonton a 10-15 min walk.

Wonderful place!! We had to book at the last minute due to a missed cruise flight. Everything was seamless and the place was wonderful!! Highly recommend. Looking forward to going back! Thank you!!

Our family recently stayed here June of 2023 and it was wonderful. The place was clean and the staff was super friendly. It’s nice that they have a guarded gate and gates with codes that open to access the beach. They had plenty of beach towels, reg towels, rafts, coolers and beach chairs for us to use. The pools were great after a long day at the beach. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We definitely would stay here again.

Oceania has a perfect location on a perfect island. This condo provided us with an absolutely perfect vacation for 6. If you like a peaceful place to relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets, and stunning beach look no further. We only wish we would have stayed longer.

The condo was very clean and spacious, allowing ample space for our family. Proximity to great restaurants and Palm beach made this condo an ideal location. Price was very reasonable. Will consider booking again

This rental worked great for our family of 5. The condo was well appointed with the necessary items for our stay. The pools and grounds onsite were very nice and well-maintained. Our family enjoyed the easy walk across the street to Eagle Beach. The property manager responded quickly to questions. (The listing still shows that there is a hot tub on the rooftop terrace, but that was not present. )

This place was excellent for me and my group of girlfriends. We each enjoyed our lovely views from our balconies and the pools and the close proximity to the beach. The complex was sparkling clean, safe and so beautiful! Really loved staying here.

1st time in Aruba and this condo location was perfect, the beach out front was amazing with clear water and white sand, great way to get introduced to Aruba

Beautiful property. Owner and property reps were professional, helpful, organized. Property well maintained. I used the gym and pools. Clean and everything we needed. Condo is clean and laid out beautifully. Very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Binder provided answered all our questions. Anna was amazing. Everything we needed to know she was able to answer and she is so much fun. We will definitely choose this property next time we visit Aruba.

We were looking for a quiet place or our family to get away - and this location was perfect. The unit is very spacious with a lot of outside deck space to enjoy morning coffee beautiful views. Property manager was great with communication and helping us with any concerns that came up.

We had a wonderful stay at Oceania Resort in Aruba. We were a group of 10 (4 adults, 6 kids) and this 3-bed, 3 bath unit accommodated us very comfortably (we used 2 hideaway beds). It was well-equipped with everything we needed. It was nice to have our own rooftop hot tub, but didn't use it because the beach and pools were so great. Location was great: walking distance to a number of good restaurants (we especially enjoyed Tulip and Matthews) and a 15-20 minute walk to the excellent Super Food Market, easy to hop on the bus right out front for a quick ride into town. One night we even walked to the Alhambra resort/casino to see a show. Judy and management team were a pleasure to work with. Security guards all friendly - though we always felt safe in Aruba. Just got home two days ago, and already want to go back. All in all, an awesome vacation we'll always remember!

The Oceania Residences is in an ideal location just across the street from beautiful Eagle Beach. It’s close enough to Palm Beach (about 2 1/2 miles) that you could walk if you so desired. There are restaurants within walking distance, as well as a grocery store. The views from the 3 balconies are amazing . The amenities (the pools, the gym, the security) were outstanding. So, why only 3 stars? The unit itself is in need of refreshing. A coat of paint would go a LONG way to improving the appearance. The kitchen cabinets We had to buy a nonstick frying pan because the ones supplied were so worn that the non stick surfaces were coming off. The roof top patio was nice to watch the sunset but the patio furniture was quite worn and the provided pads were so worn/dirty that we didn’t even use them. The “hot tub” isn’t a hot tub. It doesn’t get above 98 degrees F and the jets barely move enough water to provide any “massage” effect. It must also have a leak because the water level was below the top jets. A hose is provided to fill the tub (which we did) but the water level was down again the next day. Would I stay at the Oceania again? Absolutely! Would I stay in this unit? That I am not so sure of.

All in all a wonderful unit. Fantastic location offering beautiful views of Eagle Beach and one incredible sunset after another. Unit is very roomy. We had a party of six and never felt on top of each other at all. Had one small hiccup with hottub but owner was very quick to resolve once it was brought to her attention. Unit could use some updating but I would not hesitate to return!

Great place for a family

Lovely penthouse condo on Eagle Beach - one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It was perfect for our 3-generation family, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Great location - only 2 miles from the high rise area, 2 miles from the fishing dock area, close to food stores. The property is lovely with 4 pools and a quick walk across the street to the beach. The family loved it. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo - it had more then enough space for our family of 5!! The balcony faces the ocean - it was our favorite place. We feel that Eagle beach is the best beach on the island and it’s a very short walk from the condo. We felt very safe staying at this resort. Everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this unit!

View was perfect Location right across from one of the best beaches in Aruba - Eagle beach Very nice pools Get your own parking spot Secure - gated and manned entrance Master and 1 other bedroom were fantastic but the 3rd bedroom if you have a couple in that room these want to share a bed the beds are too small for 2 people. Equipped with all you need If you do wash do it during the day - the washer and dryer are very loud - but they worked!! You can’t go wrong with the place you get all you need
