Proximity to airport was great - and they offer a free shuttle! Super early morning breakfast offered👍 very friendly staff.

Très bon emplacement, proche de l’aéroport. Navette possible jusqu’à l’aéroport, ce qui facilite le trajet avec des valises.

Réceptionniste de jour nonchalant, on n’avait l’impression de le déranger…on est arrivés 50 minutes plutôt pour check-in, car nous devions rendre la voiture, il a été assez « agressif » sur ce point alors qu’il pouvait juste nous dire calmement que nous étions trop en avance, qu’il fallait attendre. Il n’y avait aucun soucis de notre côté pour ça. Lorsque je lui ai demandé d’imprimer nos cartes d’embarquement la première fois, il m’a dit « oh on le fera plus tard, ça prend 2 minutes, là je suis occupé » en soupirant - il y a d’autres manières de dire les choses :)
Enfin petit-déjeuner complet mais censé débuter à 7h. Le buffet n’était complet qu’à 7h30…lorsqu’on a un avion tôt c’est à revoir.

Das Hotel Airport Tirana hat mich mit seiner unschlagbaren Nähe zum Flughafen, dem freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal sowie dem komfortablen und modern eingerichteten Zimmer überzeugt. Besonders schätzte ich den reibungslosen Check-in trotz später Ankunftszeit und den exzellenten Service, der meinen Aufenthalt angenehm und stressfrei machte. Der Balkon mit Blick auf den Flughafen, die kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung (ich war tagsüber in der Stadt) und das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet rundeten meinen Aufenthalt perfekt ab.
Ein kleiner Punkt, der verbessert werden könnte, ist die Rauchsituation im Frühstücksbereich (Hinweis: nur aussen). In Albanien wird viel geraucht, und es wäre hilfreich, wenn Nichtraucherbereiche auf der Terrasse klarer abgegrenzt wären, um den Aufenthalt für alle Gäste angenehmer zu gestalten. Ansonsten war mein Aufenthalt perfekt!

It was amazing that breakfast was available at 3 am, when we needed it. Good breakfast with a custom made cappuccino, not from a machine. Staff were lovely.
The shower had a bunch of features but none of them worked.

The staff was great and ready to help you in anyway, the breakfast was good. The location was great, close to the airport. A really honest hotel staff. I forgot one of my suitcases and they contacted me to let me know. I really appreciated their honesty and effort to get in touch with me. I highly recommend them.
The location, the staff, they said to shuttle buses to help me and my family of 10 with suitcases made it really easy for me

Very friendly and helpful staff. We got the suite facing the airport. Good breakfast (even before 7am possible). Great location within walking distance to the airport.
Bathroom was very big bit there where no storage possibilities. The hairdryer did not work )stopped working after 15sec). No desserts at the restaurant.

They are very well organized, the location is practical. The staff is very professional, I communicated with Dashi receptionist who was able to help me with the few issues I had.

Excellent location just in front of airport and free minibus shuttle service even in the middle of the night. Size of room very good and comfortable with nice balcony overlooking the airport.
Despite confirming a baby cot will be available it was never delivered to our room. Furthermore some help with luggages when checking in would have been appreciated given that we had to juggle many luggages and a baby.

From the moment I booked a room, the service and care was excellent. Every single person from reception to the restaurant to the shuttle driver at 4:30 am were friendly, polite and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here and I will stay again if I return to Tirana.
