The lobby was nice, that’s it.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff is very good and professional.
The breakfast is very inconsistent. 1 time good, 3 times very bad. The breakfast room staff is totally incompetent.

From the moment I entered the hotel, the concierge staff were amazing. They escorted me up to reception who were excellent. Anna and Shruti immediately made me feel welcome, realising I work locally and visit each week, they immediately asked why I hadn't visited before and then made sure it was an amazing stay and upgraded me to a suite! This hotel also has that WOW factor.
I'm going back next week!
On my very last night I had some plumbing issues in my room with knocking pipes which meant I had no sleep. The hotel manager Javier was kind enough to arrange a late check out and I was allowed to stay in my room until I left for my train home. A great example of professional handling of an unfortunate and random problem with the room, fantastic customer service!

All facilities throughout were exceptional and all the staff were very helpful and fantastic at making our stay so memorable.
The location was perfect, couldn't have been better.
The Full English breakfast was spoilt by the almost tasteless sausages!

We have stayed here a few times and each time the service has been excellent. We like the room sizes and breakfast is wonderful. Location is central to everything we needed.
We had friends also staying at the same time, we were all enjoying a drink in the Radio Bar, however it closed at 11pm - we would have preferred to continue drinking for another hour.

Location superb and most sought are in walking distance or a tube nearby, roof top terrace is nice but not as big as we thought.
Breakfast was great with a large quality selection of items to choose from, room was fine and bright, contrasted with the dark ambience in the hallways, bordering g on a little too dark.
But overall a nice experience and a realistic budget

Good location.
Terrible lifts and customer flow. Time wasting check in and check out compared to other hotels. Some nice touches but poorly executed, under staffed.
Worst of all charged me twice for the stay but don’t care enough to provide a response within 24 hours.

A central location, staff very friendly and helpful. The reception area is striking and the glass of champagne on arrival is very nice. Also the hotel lobby areas smell very good.

The girl who checked us in was incredibly rude. Told me I was very tense and I should go to the gym to work out.

Girl walked in our room unannounced and told us our keys had been changed.
I think she was trying to rob us or something sinister going on. Horrific experience I will never use the ME group again.

The view from our balcony was spot on and the staff were great and nothing was too much trouble :-)
My only complaint is that on our last night, we were looking forward to a couple of cocktails on the roof terrace bar. However, we were surprised to be told the bar was closed (TO RESIDENTS!!) for a private function !! Given that the rooftop bar was the draw for booking this hotel, it was really disappointing :-(

Excellent breakfast. Prime position on the terrace overlooking the city.
Check-in was poor. Even though it was after 3.30 I was kept waiting for half-an-hour. People came after me and were allocated their rooms before me. I had to go back to the desk and remind them I was still waiting.
