Der Lärm von der Straße, v.a. wenn nachts die vor dem Hotel geparkten Sportwägen mit ihren lauten Motoren Rennen zu fahren scheinen. Das Personal gibt sich Mühe, ein paar wenige sind dagegen etwas arrogant. Die Uniformen wirken etwas „lässig“ (Rezeptionisten tragen nicht einmal ein Hemd unter dem Sakko), was der Klasse des Hauses nicht angemessen ist.

The staff - always top drawer. 10/10.

The breakfast area needs to be increased in size. This lets the Hotel down - it's too small and needs to be bigger.

Comfortable beds, good location, and nice restaurant. Lots of assistance in opening doors and helping with luggage.

Luggage was in same room with the bathroom so the luggage could not be gotten to when someone was using the bathroom. Also, the toilet paper holders was inconveniently located so it continued to come off the holder thus having to "chase" it across the room. There should be some kind of knob to hold it on the holder. The bath tub was high and those having some issues with stepping high, it was hard to use. This was not noted on the hotel website that this was the set up of the bathroom.

Just WOW, excellent hotel, perfect location for our trip. Spotlessly clean and nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

Cleanliness

Breakfast was an extortionate £45 per person. The Bedroom's 3 windows faced onto a service gangway used by staff to have a cigarette. The roman blinds in the room to preserve our modesty in the morning were in rag order. When i gave my card details at check in the full cost of the stay plus a 250 deposit was debited from my card. ON check out the deposit was not refunded and i had to make a phone call to get it back.

The cleaner knocking at 8am and when we had do not disturb they clearly did next door and banged everything they could!

スタッフの方達の親切な対応やWest Endに歩いて行けるとても便利なロケーション。朝食もバラエティに富んでいて美味しかったです。

部屋のワードローブがバスルームの一角にあったことや、部屋の床が場所によっては平らになっていなかったのには少々驚きました。また冷蔵庫に（初めは電源が入っておらず）ミニバー等､何も入っていなかったのは残念でした。

اول يوم كانت اقامتي في غرفه من الواضح انها قديمه ومستهلكه وخزانة الملابس كانت داخل الحمام! ومقابل المصعد فكان ازعاج.. وبعدها طلبنا غرفه بخزانه خارج الحمام وبعيده عن المصاعد واوسع وتم تغييرها لغرفه اعجبتنا جداً جداً

Location near the cente

-hotel doesn’t have a parking so you can’t drop your luggage busy area. - The hotel asked high deposit 125 GBP/ night per room ?? And cash not accepted. - Duty manager (Riham) not helpful unprofessional behavior with the guest , giving you a bad impression about the hotel. - standard room not worth the rate we paid. - noisy hotel you can hear the people in the room beside you . - smelly room we asked to clean the bathroom again.

Amazing Staff, Location and very comfortable beds.

Breakfast was a tad cold, a shame as it was very tasty.

La ubicación y el personal amable de la recepción.

Nos hemos alojado en el hotel 2 noches. A la llegada cuando fuimos a hacer el check in había un problema con los ordenadores así que nos dijeron que teníamos que esperar 45min mientras reiniciaba el sistema. Cuando llegas de un viaje largo y con frio tienes ganas de ir directamente a tu habitación y no esperar 1 hora en el bar. La moqueta de los pasillos está sucia y desprende un olor desagradable. La habitación tenía un pequeño balcon ( se agradece en Londres), el problema es que las vistas eran a unas obras , las cuales empiezan a las 8 de la mañana y acaban a las 18h. Esto no nos lo indicaron en ningún momento, así dormir más allá de las 8 era imposible. A nuestra llegada nos dieron dos vouchers para el bar , en el que te miran casi con desprecio caundo se dan cuenta que solo consumirás eso.

I am writing as I woke up on construction noise near the building. I waited 10 minutes upon check-in under the excuse that the manager was allocating a room for me. Obviously, the manager was making sure my room faces the construction noise. When I complained, I called reception and the receptionist hung up the phone on me twice. The lights also do not shut off. I contacted reception about that too and they promised to send someone to fix that but no one showed up. Noway you pay GBP 600 for an experience like this.

The receptions and managers are dishonest. Their room facing construction are not usable.

το ξενοδοχείο έχει ανακαινισμένο χώρο υποδοχής αλλά τα δωμάτια ειναι ταλαιπωρημένα… το στρώμα δεν ήταν άνετο για εμάς σχετικά μικρό κρεβάτι..δεν ήταν 180-200 ήταν κάτω από 160

موقعه خيالي قريب من كل شي فطور ومطاعم متميزه. الامان ممتاز في الفندق وحول الفندق كل شي جميل

Some of the waiting staff holding glasses by the rim of the glass and not the stem or the bottom of the glass, especially at breakfast, I did point this out and insisted on a fresh glass, much to the bewilderment of the staff person The hotel would benefit in a quieter bar area, not every person wants to shout at the person they are with to have a conversation, when the music is being played so loud The shower drain appeared to be partially blocked, this was reported, staff member did not appear to be too interested

Property was very clean and the location was brilliant

There was a lot of building work around the hotel, which was quite loud but stopped at a reasonable hour
