We had a great time in London also because we had great accommodation in one of your apartments. Staff was great! Friendly, and always trying to help. Especially Ahmed (I think that was his name, the young guy with a small beard). The ladies that are cleaning were also doing the great work. The bus station with the bus going directly to Oxford Street is just around the corner. If you prefer the train, Earl Cort Station is also around the corner.

A couple more kitchen utilities would be great.

The apartment was clean and quaint.. yet modern with all that was needed for a weeks stay. The staff was always ready to help, especially Shawn and Ali. The apartment is conveniently located near a Sainsbury, lots of shops.and restaurants and its located between two train staions. We were able.to to get a 74 bus from around the corner and connect to other buses to get to various locations. Our daughter was pleased with the entertainment package on the tv. It's ideal for any kind of traveller. We' happily will stay there again and highy recommend City Prime.

The facility is new and well cleaned. The room is very quiet and bed is very comfortable.

The apartment was very clean and easily slept four people with two comfortable pull out couch beds. There was always staff available at a 24 hour front desk who saw everyone coming in and out of the building. There was a washing machine in the apartment.

The bathroom was small. The apartment door did not lock from the inside at all and of course the cleaning staff and front desk therefore all had the ability to come in to the apartment anytime and at night that felt a bit uncomfortable. However, we never had a problem. Although during the day the cleaning service did walk in while my son was sleeping on an off cleaning day (they cleaned every third day) which when I mentioned it to the front desk they told me to always hang the do not disturb sign on the door.

Arriving guests especially at night don’t seen cate about the noise they generate. The ground floor by reception means constant disruptions.

Location was great, apartment was clean.

The apartment was on the ground floor with views to a brick wall although it said city view when I booked it. It was therefore rather dark. Staff was not willing to accommodate my request to change.

Everything about City Prime Apartments was perfect. Staff was lovely especially Karif, he always asked how things was, room was spotless and everything you could need and a great location.

There was nothing I didn't like

really worth the price. Quite rare the bedroom is apart the living room/kitchen. everything was perfect, clean, convenient, safe.

A deposit of £300 is asked when check in. good to know in advance. (The amount is blocked during 7 days )

House keeping is not working everyday. The room abit small comparing to the photo in website.

The room is spacious and the location is perfect. The heated floor and a bidet shower is an added value which made our stay more enjoyable.

The stairs inside the unit in between the living room and the bedroom was annoying. We didn't see it in any of the pictures, but also because we made a last minute booking and that was the only room available. You might consider it if you travel with elders. But overall, this hotel is highly recommended!

Staff were efficient and welcoming, and the apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed. It felt very secure, and the location is convenient.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. Flashing lights from the Christmas tree outside the window leaked through the curtains (though might have been blocked by the blinds!). Would have been nice to have some milk with the tea and coffee, but bottled water was a helpful touch.
