Communication was amazing from the start!! Rixt is fast to answer any questions. This home was located in a wonderful safe neighborhood. We were greeted by Jose, the binder provider answered any questions we may ever have. Home was clean and had plenty of room. We have five children ranging from 6-22, with twin 15yo. The bedrooms were approved by everyone. The pool was an added bonus! Highly recommend.

We had a large party of 9 friends and family staying at the villa; everyone had a place to sleep (without having to use the couch!), and with 3 bathrooms there was plenty of privacy. We enjoyed the pool, outdoor dining and that we were walking distance from a small grocery in one direction and a beautiful beach the other. Having a fully equipped kitchen allowed us to save by cooking most of our own meals, and a washer and dryer allowed us to pack a little lighter and keep up with our beach towels! Everything was very clean, and all those little things you sometimes forget about (like toilet paper!) were provided to get us off to a good start. We would recommend this villa to anyone visiting Aruba, though it would be wasted on a smaller party, especially since there was a whole second kitchen! Love that there were plenty of beach towels and chairs, etc. The only down side to this villa was the sweet stray dog that frequently visited us and then had to leave behind. Great location, very convenient to everything. Daniel, the property management representative was friendly and responded quickly when we had questions. The pool was serviced twice while we were there and the main trash can was collected at least once. Great vacation place with the comforts of home!

This rental was perfect for our party of 8! Spacious layout that allowed for privacy if needed, but also had fantastic areas to hang out as a group. Would definitely recommend!

Easy to check in. Property manager was super helpful when we couldn’t figure out the gas grill. He came right over to help us. I would def stay here again!!

The house was excellent for our stay. As my parents and wives parents both accompanied us on this trip. We had a slight hiccup on arriving but the owners worked with us and helped us out. Definitely recommend this place and owner

Overall, this property was a good fit for our purposes of our stay. We were celebrating my birthday and staying were my husband and I, my daughter and her boyfriend, and my son and his two children, ages 8 and 10. I might be a little harsh in my overall impression of this house as I really researched it and thought I had found the PERFECT house for our group's visit. Afterall, it was the first time we have ever all travelled together and I wanted the setting to be perfect. There were some unexpected problems but overall a good place to stay. It was a comfortable house though the furniture was basic. I really wish it was a bit more updated... seemed like some basic maintenance was being neglected. The bedroom configuration was perfect to accommodate all of us. The hot water in all three bathrooms was sometimes an issue as it was hit or miss whether it delivered hot water...didn't seem to matter if other people were showering at the same time. It was still always "warm enough" but sometimes not hot. The shower in the apartment was VERY SMALL! The kitchen was well equipped . There was a nice selection of spices and enough plates and flatware to work for a larger group. The large burner on the stovetop was finicky but worked. The grill was a nice addition and, since it was hooked up to the gas for the house, there was never a problem. If arriving as a larger group, bring extra garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels as they only provide a certain amount and it isn't quite enough to make it through a week's stay. MY biggest complaint was that there were ALWAY insects at the pool... not sure if it was because there had been a lot of rain recently or the astro turf was a breeding ground for the pest-like gnats... they DID NOT BITE but were simply a nuisance. The outdoor cushions for the chairs were older and stained and simply not enough cushions for the number of outside chairs. The location of the house was a bit far from the beach (certainly not walking distance) though we knew this ahead of time. It was in a nice, safe neighborhood but woken every morning by dogs incessantly barking at 6 am. The laundry room was a welcome plus. It was also great to have beach towels for everyone and really nice beach chairs.

As always, Jose and his team were amazing. We can never say enough good things about Daniel! We arrived on the day the tropical storm was supposed to arrive and Daniel was so flexible with us and our check in process! The property was clean and spacious! Perfect for what we wanted and needed! Sunrises in the backyard were worth getting up for every morning! Can’t wait to book again!

Our host was so helpful, he help us out once we arrived in Aruba, and when we arrived at the house everything was smooth sailing we had no issues. If you contacted him for anything he respnded back right awayreasonable. He was very helpful with letting us know where the supermarket was, where the beaches were, where eat at. Everything everything was beautiful.

Renting this property was very easy, the property managers give you all the information you need before, and during your stay. Someone is always available (within reason) but you won't need them! Everything is all set!

House is bright, clean and just as pictured. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Suite and the Master bedrooms have private quiet outdoor space for some alone time, while the outdoor patio, pool and living room gives ample space for everyone to be together. We brought adult children and friends. Everyone loved it.

Everything about the home and the listing was exactly as it had shown. Our family of 6 adults and 4 small children were completely happy.

This home was everything and then some! I traveled with three other friends for a bday vacation. Very clean. Organized. Spacious. Very well kept! This home is a mile away from Palm Beach which is where most of the shops restaurants and excursions are located. The pool was a big plus! Very relaxing. Easy check in process. Daniel checked us in and he was very pleasant! I would most definitely book this home again in the future.

My only recommendation is to rent a car, house is located in a residential area and is 5-10 minutes away from grocery shopping or beach area. Husband is a big guy, had a mishap with one of the pool chairs and Jose was very understanding at checkout. I definitely recommend this property, looking forward to staying at other Casa Mia properties.

This house was an excellent choice for my friends and I. It had everything we needed and we had no issues at all. Jose and the team were very nice and professional and they responded to our questions within a reasonable time. My friends and I have decided Aruba is a must visit again and we would love to stay in the same house when we return. The location, ambiance, and amenities were perfect for us. The house is 4 minutes away from Palm Beach and the Palm Beach plaza where you can enjoy a wonderful friendly shopping experience, fine dining, and the beach all in one stop. The people were friendly and always happy to help. I would recommend renting a car, driving around Aruba is simple. By day two I no longer needed to use Google maps and it made getting around much easier than waiting for a taxi or public transportation. We are very happy we chose this location and home for our stay on one happy island.

Great and attentive hosts, well-equipped villa, which felt like home very quickly. The neighbourhood felt safe, and it is so much better in our opinion to stay here vs. the high-rise area. We would definitely stay in this villa, or one of their other properties in the future!

Our family of six had a great time in this home - very quiet neighbourhood. The pool was a nice option to alternate with days at the beach. Grocery stores and beaches are 5 minutes away, although rental of a car is recommended. Jose and Rixt were very attentive and responsive to any questions and special requests that we had - we would definitely rent again from them. Access to beach chairs, towels and cooler were a nice touch as well. Would definitely return to this home or another property managed by CasaMia.

Our family enjoyed our time in Aruba except we picked this house because we thought we could walk to a beach... there was even a photo showing the pathway to the beach but that wasn’t the case. Had to drive to the beach. That was the only disappointment .... House was wonderful but don’t think you can walk to the beach!!!

Everything you want and need. Private pool , close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Needed serious rest and relaxation and we were able to do that here. Wonderful! Definitely a return visit coming soon.
