- excellent location, close to MRT station and shopping centre is right underneath the hotel with lots of food options - the room feels spacious due to the lack of furnitures

- mouldy smell, the room doesn't feel that well ventilated (not necessarily the natural ventilation but from the mechanical ventilation) - soundproofing is not that great

La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città. Il complesso Funan offre molti servizi e lo staff è molto gentile, ci hanno permesso di farci una doccia prima di prendere il nostro volo di ritorno a tarda sera.

LA VISTA. Avevamo prenotato una camera con "vista città" invece ci è stata assegnata una camera con vista su scale di servizio, la camera era molto buia ed entrava a mala pena la luce. Per il prezzo pagato è inaccettabile. Visti i costi elevati dovrebbero differenziare le stanze che hanno davvero una vita aperta sulla città da quelle che invece affacciano sul cortile interno. Il bollitore presente nella stanza non aveva la base, e quindi non poteva essere utilizzato, in ogni caso non c'era neanche un caffè o tè a disposizione degli ospiti.

I really liked the location which was extremely convenient and I ery much enjoy the fact the hotel itself is in a shopping mall - it was really fun and, again, super convenient. The apartment was very spatial and fully equipped, it could certainly serve a proper apartment for a longer stay.

Nothing comes to mind, maybe the app was a little bit too much, but maybe I just didn’t try to make the most of it.

Clean, functional and very centric. Rooms are smallish but great for a couple of days visiting the city. Staff was very helpful and kind.

All was good. Maybe we find it expensive for what it is but compared to prices in singapore it’s standard.

Location A simple modern room fit out Clothes Washing and drying machines easily accessible for when we were caught in one of those sudden unexpected Singapore downpours.

Spent time to download the App but the Room key through the App on the phone did not work. Toilet and floor around toilet was always left wet when using the shower.

Matratze war gut

Ich wollte mir zum Abschluss meines Urlaubs Luxus gönnen. 4 Sterne und die Bewertungen ließen einiges erwarten. Hat sich leider nicht erfüllt. Vorschlag an das Hotel: Stellt zwei Etagenbetten in jedes Zimmer und vermietet die Betten im 4er Zimmer, dann stimmt Preis und Leistung. Die Bewertung ist jedoch an die Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel geknüpft und bei 130 Euro/Nacht ließ das Zimmer jegliche Dienstleistungen und Einrichtungen eines 4-Sterne-Hotels vermissen: - Einchecken per App ,hat leider nicht geklappt - Mein Zimmer lag im 90 Grad Winkel zum nächsten Gang, d. h. Sichtkontakt zu den Zimmern im Nachbarflügel. - Sichtschutzrollos vorhanden - zur Bedienung übers Bett steigen. - Bett = Matratze auf Podest ist bequem aber rein- und rausklettern nervig; zweite Person müsste über die 1 steigen. - Reinigung nach Putzplan, möchte man das nicht an diesem Tag wird erst wieder nach 3 Tagen gereinigt. - Müll selbst an Trash-Station entsorgt - WC-Papier am Empfang erhalten - Kühlschrank auf dem Flur vorhanden, für Anzahl der Zimmer zu klein; die ersten drei Tage schmutzig und vereist. (nach Reklamation wurde das behoben). Das Hotel wirbt als neues moderne Einrichtung der Begegnung - erinnert mich an "des Kaisers neue Kleider" nicht vorhandenes als neues Konzept teuer verkaufen. Mein Fehler, dass ich 8 Nächte - nicht stornierbar - gebucht hatte. Meine freundliche Anfrage, ob aus Kulanz doch eine Änderung oder Stornierung möglich ist, weil es möglicherweise an meinem Alter (62) liegt, dass ich mich nicht glücklich fühle wurde erst nach nochmaligem Nachfragen beantwortet. Ein wichtiger Grund müsste nachgewiesen werden. Unglücklicher Kunde ist kein ausreichend wichtiger Grund! Das nächste Mal wieder Übernachtung im Hostel.

Central and practical. Room is well equipped and suitable for a short stay.

It was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel from the street. There was no clear sign to direct to the hotel.
