Awesome location, friendly and very helpful owners, clean and comfortable

Perfect location for local shops and bars and water views. Loved the deck overlooking the bay from where we could watch the wildlife and locals on their paddle boards go by. Well equipped kitchen for those preferring to eat in. Very comfortable accommodation. Friendly welcome. Excellent Wi-Fi speed. Would definitely go there again and recommend to friends.

The pull out sofa is probably better for one person than two. (Apartment A). We were a family of four so at maximum capacity. The accommodation was spacious enough for all of us otherwise.

A one (maybe two) star hotel. In fact, it is an old studio apartment that does not even have air conditioning. Very very expensive price for the value.

the view is gorgeous and the place was exceptionally clean.

Three full room, deck over the water with a view of Morro Rock. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of extras. Fancy TV. Very warm welcome. We loved it.

The age of the place shows in the bathroom. It was clean and functional but aged.

We love love loved watching a sea otter float around on it’s back for about an hour this morning, right off the back porch. The Cuban/Thai place across the street has fabulous mojitos. The coffee place literally next door is a great amenity. The sea shell store across the street is more like a world class museum than a shop. And then there’s the sound of seals barking….

Location. Eating places were close by and view was beautiful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Interior is getting a little dated but it all worked and was comfortable.

We loved the newly remodeled rooms and the location was perfect.

Weather was cool and very windy, but that was no fault of the owners.
