good location

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was nice and clean and had a great view of the Morro Bay rock. Great location too!

Nothing really. We had a second floor room which was so nice because of the view, but it made it a little hard for our old doggo to get up and down. But nothing we didn’t like about the hotel.

I didn’t expect much with it being rated a 2 star motel. It was very nice and clean and quiet. Very close to the pier. Very nice staff. I’d stay there again.

The floor of the room was filthy and there were people next door talking very loud and smoking right outside their room door!

the bed wasn’t comfortable, the refrigerator didn’t work (but owner did bring us a new one) my friend used the restroom and there were still Ajax on the seat

Quiet. clean. large room. One block from the harbor.

Staff was friendly and location is excellent.

The place is run down and dirty. Floor was not cleaned at all, several soft spots (rotting wood), and you can hear everything going on in every room around you.

This room was sufficient because it had a comfortable bed, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. It was Two blocks from the water.

Unfortunately, the soap dispenser lacked soap and only by the sink, did the water not get hot. The shower was fine.

Size of the room and bathroom. Quiet and comfortable. Great value. Nice wood floor. One short block to the harbor and the harbor shops.

Water pressure a little low. Not really a complaint but you asked.

Five minute walk from the main Esplanade. They provided a mini-fridge and a microwave.

The fan on the heater is very loud.
