Great location, everything was clean and comfy.

The bed header was loose and really noisy.

Sand piper was a wonderful place to stay, conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and water front. The management was very kind and welcoming. Rooms were stocked and clean. Thank you Sandpiper.

Super clean room. Location short walk to water, shops and restaurants. Nice amenities, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee maker. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Good Wi-Fi.

It was a cold weekend and the bed had only a single blanket with no extras in the room. The wall heater was perfectly adequate for comfort but I prefer a quiet and cool room at night so an extra blanket would have been nice. The hot water was cooler than I liked. The walls are thin so if you sleep lightly you should hope for quiet neighbors.

It took a long time to get hot wAter for a shower

I love the location, the cleanliness and the staff is always exceptional. I arrived about 45 minutes before check in and the manager was considerate enough to let us have the room. And I really appreciate that.

I don't like that the bathroom is not really handicap accessible no rails or room enough to move around with wheelchair.

location, price, comfortable bed, very quiet.

long delay at check-in ( past 3 pm check-in time). housekeeping mopped it all with HEAVY chlorine ( hours of door and windows open to diffuse the odor). She said the room was ready when the entire floor was very wet. Many fixtures were broken, no deadbolt on the door. smokers sitting right outside our door/window. Once again Booking overrated a mediocre-but-affordable property

The room was very colorful! Super close to the Embarcadero that we were able to walk there in just 5 minutes. Plenty of parking and it was on a quiet street.

Did not have A/C but seeing that it's in a coastal town, we just opened the windows and a nice breeze almost instantly cooled the room. Room was a bit overloaded with furniture. Looks like they tried to provide the customer with as much as they can but too much furniture just made the room feel smaller. Might be best with less is more!

floor wax came off and was on the bottom of all shoes
