The location and the cost

The staff confused my reservation with someone else, gave me someone else's room, then tried to get me to check out early due to another mix up with a different reservation. There was no housekeeping for the last 3 days of the stay.

Ordered something for dinner at the restaurant and it took forever. Again new employees.

Every employee said that it was their first day of work so were untrained. The room key kept failing which required constant trips to the front desk.

The rooms were very clean. The location was quiet and but in a nice area.

Nice location, not crowded. Enough parking space available even I came back to the hotel close to 12 a.m. Stuffs are very helpful and friendly. We like the breakfast. We will be back when visiting Grand Rapid.

it was expensive for what was offered. no complimentary breakfast & Grand Rapids doesn’t have enough going on to charge what they are! we paid $180something. it should’ve been closer to $120 or so plus breakfast included!

staff very helpful & knowledgeable. some had a wonderful sense of humor. which is great to see in todays world. beds were very comfortable & clean room

cost has doubled compared to last year

New hotel. Rooms were clean.

The cooked breakfast was bad. Do not purchase it. Not worth the extra money.

Front desk lady at check in was super sweet and friendly, pool was great, beds were super comfy and plenty of space in rooms

leftover food stains on a couple walls, from who knows when, previous person’s kcup still left in Keurig, bathroom not swept well

Location was in a quiet place, but still close to Grand Rapids main city.
