Just needed a mini-vaca with family. Great spot to just relax and get away.

The townhouse modern, comfortable and clean. Large rooms, comfortable beds. Bed Linens and towels were clean. Community pool was plesant, kids loved it. Located in new safe comutity ,super close to large mall. Would reccomend this place.

Wonderful Property!

Had a very nice stay at this home for Duke U graduation weekend! The house was perfect for our group of 8 and the beds were very comfortable! Kitchen was perfect size for pizza at night and we all had fun playing games on the large table! I would stay here again for sure!!

My family (5 adults) was in Durham for a long weekend. The property was beautiful, comfortable, well maintained and close to lots of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. If ever back in Durham, I will certainly choose this again. Samuel was excellent to work with. You will not be disappointed!

My girlfriends and I enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing weekend in this beautiful townhome. Excellent location near Southpoint Mall. Very accommodating and responsive host. Loved the little personal touches such as the welcome sign with my name on it! Exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

Comfortable, convenient, clean. Loved the layout of the home with the bedrooms upstairs and living space downstairs. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. Such a great location between Durham and RDU.

We were there to spend a long holiday weekend with our adult children. The open floor plan on the first floor was perfect for hanging out together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and comfortable. Everything was clean. Because of Covid we ate in every meal, and the kitchen was well appointed. The condo was conveniently located near grocery stores and many delicious restaurants (we did take out.) The development is relatively small, but seems diverse and family oriented. We found beautiful parks and hiking trails within a 30 minute drive or less. The host was very responsive to our questions and we were even able to extend our trip for a day when our plans changed.

The house was as it was represented on line. The kitchen was stocked beautifully with anything you would need to cook or entertain or just come back after a long day and relax. The beds were very comfortable as was the other furniture in the house! Would absolutely stay there again!

We loved the house. It was spacious and well furnished. The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals for the family. Good location with easy access to the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area. The owner was very nice and responsive to our questions and concerns.

This home provided everything you could possibly need and then some. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Durham. Our family was very pleased with the cleanliness, amenities and communication with the host.

Great place and a nice community

Samuel's property was the perfect home for our stay in the Durham area. Quiet community with a pool that was just a 2 minute walk from the home. Very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay! Home is even nicer than pictures. The master bedroom has a separate key code to enter and Samuel was prompt in getting back to us with any questions during our stay. Would recommend and happily stay here again!

Our family visited Durham NC to attend a wedding in Chapel Hill. Our stay was really enjoyable, the accommodations were first class, newly furnished, clean property with all the amenities needed. The property owner was very easy to communicate with and very attentive and the property itself could not have been more convenient from the Raleigh Durham airport and to Chapel Hill.

Very neat and tidy with comfortable living spaces, superior mattresses and super clean. Well decorated. Nice new neighborhood and although we didn’t use it, very nice complex pool was available.

This property was very clean and met all of our expectations. A nice bonus was that the community pool had just opened so we got to enjoy that as well. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

My family came out to visit and my apartment wasn't going to be large enough to fit us all. Luckily I found this great townhouse and there was more then enough room for all! The house was very clean and comfortable, and could probably sleep up to 7 in beds (maybe more on the couch/floor). The neighborhood was quiet and located close to Southpoint and the freeway-- this was great! I'm hoping to have my family stay here again the next time they come to town.

The property was exceptional, very clean, homely and in a safe neighborhood close to shopping and the mall. There was an initial communication issue which Sam resolved promptly. The mattresses were comfortable. The furniture was great quality with attention paid to every detail. I recommend this property and will certainly stay here again

Beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse, very spacious with upgraded furnishings. Comfortable bedding and fully stocked kitchen. Really enjoyed our getaway for a wedding. Would highly recommend to anyone!
