From the moment I booked this home everything was perfect. The hosts (Jose and Rixt) got right back to me whenever I had a question, no matter how small the question they answered it right away. The location perfect. At the end of the road is a path that takes you right out to the beach by the Ritz. 5 minute walk. The home has beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. The house was the perfect size for all of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool area was beautiful and great size for us. There is a laundry room and an outside shower to wash the sand off after a day at the beach. Daniel the property manager was incredibly sweet and very helpful. We were so sad to leave. I definitely recommend this home for your family. You won't be disappointed. Thank you so much for your hospitality and we will see you again!!!

The house was wonderful! Plenty of room for us all to spread out and have our own space. Having the pool was a blessing, just shower off outside and jump in after a hot day at the beach. The kitchen was fairly well equipped as long as you're not planning anything too extravagant. We were minutes from the high risers and Eagle Beach. Quiet neighborhood. Well kept inside and out and clean. Brought the cooler, chairs and beach towels on all our day trips. Can't wait to return!!

We had a great stay at Carpe Diem. The house was in a great location close to restaurants and wonderful beaches. While we didn’t use the pool much, choosing to enjoy all Aruba has to offer, we enjoyed eating and playing games in the outdoor seating area at night. The house was well stocked and we had zero issues while staying there. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect! Fit total description. Perfect central location! Outdoor living space with pool was beautiful. Loved having the grill too. Only negative feedback I would have is toaster needs replaced and Kings are a little uncomfortable. But, We will return to this beautiful island and would definitely stay @ Casa Mia again! We had a wonderful stay at Villa Carpe Diem in Aruba. Our family was impressed by the property, the house, and the outdoor pool area. The owner provided us with a very detailed book that gave recommendations about local restaurants, tours to book, and stores to shop in. We were very comfortable in this house and had the best time in Aruba!

Can’t say enough great things about our stay at Villa Carpe Diem. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and the house was immaculate. Air conditioning worked great, the pool was very clean and got a lot of use after our daily beach trips. 1.5 miles from Arashi beach and super close to all of the action downtown. The host(s) were super accommodating and there was even a high chair and pack and play for our 18 month old. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need along with 10 beach chairs and a cooler. Weber gas grill is great if you want to do a BBQ. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Plenty of room! House was great. Just like the pictures. Kids enjoyed the pool at night while we cooked and ate outside on the huge dining table. Plenty of privacy and comfortable. Would recommend

The property is very clean with a nice outdoor patio and pool area. Modern appliances and fully equipped to meet your needs. Daniel was very responsive. The property is only a 4-5 minutes from the high rise Palm Beach area where the main dining and entertainment district is. Would highly recommend this property.

We celebrated my wife's 60th birthday with our 3 adult children and their spouse/girlfriends. This was a perfect house for us. Plenty of space and a beautiful outdoor pool area to enjoy in between our excursions to the beaches. The kitchen was well equipped. We used the beach chairs and cooler that were provided in the house. The grocery store just down the street was super convenient. This is a quiet residential area that seemed very safe. The pictures and descriptions in the listing are accurate.

House was clean and in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of space. Outside pool area was where we spent most of our time. The neighborhood is quiet and property is relaxing. It's a short walk to the grocery store which is a few blocks away, and to Oak, which is a great restaurant one street over. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Everything was top notch from the beginning. Great communication prior, upon arrival and checkout. Highly recommend this place and will use again in future trips to Aruba!!

We stayed in the house with our five adult children. We had a lovely time. Neighborhood was super quiet. Plenty of room and the outside area was perfect for hanging out with the group. Daniel was very nice at check in and check out.

My husband and I traveled with another couple who were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary, and we had an excellent time at Casa Mia! Daniel met us at check-in and provided an overview of the house, including how to run the stove, air conditioners, washing machine, etc. He also provided recommendations for things to do, walking directions to the beach, and places to eat. The house itself was very clean, with two master bedrooms, one on each end of the house, and three additional bedrooms and 1-1/2 bathrooms were located in between. The kitchen was modern and clean, with all the dishes and appliances that we needed. The pool and outside space were beautiful and well-maintained, and we ate all our meals outside at the large dining table. Beach chairs and a cooler were also available, and we used these nearly every day while we were out exploring the island. We frequently walked to Palm Beach, which is accessible by a short trail and a 5-minute walk. Other beautiful beaches that also have great snorkeling, including Arashi and Boca Catalina, were only a few minutes away via car. The location is great, and it was nice to be able to have a place to come back to each night where we could make food, chill out, wash clothes, or hang out in the pool. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

We found the property to be wonderful, as advertised. It was very clean and well cared for. The back covered patio and pool were awesome! We had only a couple very minor issues with the home. Daniel was very responsive to help us with anything we needed. (bathroom electrical outlets were minimal and wash (hand) towels were not included) We would absolutely stay here again.
