Its very clean and staff are accommodating. The amenities too are accessible. Plus we can cook our own food pre heat our take away and all kitchen utensils are readily available and properly arranged.

Clean and spacious rooms - great for a family of 4

Taxi and Tuk -Tuk drivers do not know the hotel location. We ended up using Grab car most of the time to get back to the hotel, but have to wait for the Grab taxi.

Extremely, friendly staff. Absolutely recommendable.

May be restaurants and food option could be improved. However its still value for the price, and I understand because it is residency style, difficult to operate 5 star hotel level of restaurants.

The Gym was the best among the hotel I stayed in Bangkok.

I already paid the property fee through Booking.com but they did charged me again on the check in date. And now I still have to wait for the refund. For the room, it’s a bit old. Renovation needed.

My whole family and my sister's family travel together, we booked two suites (one was a two-bedroom apartment), both were very spacious with a full kitchen! Each suite had a washing machine in it which was great! The breakfast was delicious and the location was good - close to a train station and a big grocery store (Tops) and restaurants!

The apartment was spacious, well laid out and clean. The location was central and the BTS skytrain was outside the hotel. Multiple supermarkets close by. The staff were fantastic. Will definitely visit again when in Bangkok.

The breakfast is good with good quality food and nice options. The eggs are great. The beds and pillows are very confortable.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Helping with ideas on where to eat, and of course the services of the hotel itself. The gym is amazing, biggest I've seen and attached to the hotel. concierge also great with cab/venues.

Nothing went well. This is the 4th or 5th time stay... the worst ever.

The room is an unwanted room @ 4F. Old, rundown and dirty. You need to tap your room card at the lift, then at one entrance, 2nd entrance before finally at your room door. Wonder how you escape during fire. Prison break?

Loved the spacious, clean and well furnished rooms. The baby arrangements such as cot, dining high chair etc were fantastic too.

The water provided per room per day is too less. The tap water is not potable. The mattresses for the adult beds could have been better

Very good room size - comfortable appartment with all you need

Seemed a bit old. The carpets, decoration, etc was not really up to date. Tge carpets in the hallways were smelly. Room service only until 9:30pm

The location right next to the BTS makes everything easily accessible.There's loads of good food nearby both posh and inexpensive. And if you don't want to eat out, there's a well stocked supermarket nearby and a minimart on the property, which makes shopping easy. - The staff were absolutely fantastic (even by Thai standards) - The gym was the biggest, most well-equipped gym I have ever seen in a hotel. - Pool was relatively big and offered a cozy place to relax after sightseeing

There was nothing, I will be back for my next trip to Bangkok.
