The location and view from apartment.

Not value for money. It was an expensive stay.. however, the apartment wasnt maintained well and had stingy/no supplies. When we first reached the kitchen had a terrible fishy smell.later realized that the last guests may have just put the dishes in dishwasher without dishwashing liquid as the supply given is very less and people on a holiday may/may not choose to buy dishwashing or laundry liquid(and those things dont cost a fortune at all, in supermarkets to be provided!)..the dishes had the same smell! again dont know how the cleaning services hadnt figured out the smell..there were cockroaches in the apartment..cleanliness was definitely an issue..No salt, no oil those are some basic stuff..

We stayed in the 3 level penthouse so the views were spectacular. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and clean.

Insufficient furniture. The penthouse was huge but the living area was sorely lacking in furniture. I.e. the penthouse can sleep 6 to 8 people but the ground floor where the kitchen and living area are only has a 3 seater couch and no dining room table. The patio furniture is sub standard. No kitchen on the outside on the 3rd floor which you would expect especially as it is a long walk with many stairs from the kitchen on the lower floor.

central location with everything you need a short walk or drive away. step outside the hotel and you’re on the beach! rooms are fully equipped with everything to get you by for a short stay and perfectly set up to add necessities for a long stay! rooms are soundproof and not once did I hear the bars downstairs or the parties for aussie day, I had a city view apartment that I could see the beach and the mountains from, it’s stunning! parking is secure and plenty of space for visitors. pool was perfect, spa was a little too warm for my liking however I was visiting during the heat of summer. not only would I recommended to friends and family, I would absolutely look here first next time I visit the Gold Coast!

I couldn’t get the wifi to work, however I’m sure it would be an easy fix if I asked for help.

The apartment was great, great view and location

The apartment needed a little bit of maintenance and the shower was a little bit mouldy

To our surprise, we got free upgrade to level 3 apartment which is away from the hotel bar/restaurant so no weekend nights noises for my family with 2 young kids which is highly appreciated. We also have nice Broadwater views and the apt is overlooking the swimming pool. Linens and towels were changed 2 times during our 16 nights stay with notices. Location is great, lagoon and playground are just across the road. Great for family stay.

Very limited toiletries and no kitchen cleaning materials supplied at the start. If staying here longer, need to bring/buy your own toilet papers, shampoo, body wash, dishwashing liquid & tablets, hand wash, etc.

The location was fantastic, right next to the water. Great location for a nice stroll in the evening along the water. Great location for young families. The park across the road had a nice play area plus a nice sheltered section of water to play in. The pool and spa were very nice too.

The bathroom had previous guest toothbrush still in it, the shower was not cleaned fully and the trundle bed we asked for was broken.

Stunning place, I stayed with my daughter and it was first class, I will definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect. Love it. Will revisit

No dislikes

Good size apartment for us - we were two adults and two children. The apartment had a good size double with a second bedroom with two singles. Also, bathroom, laundry, kitchen, living room and large balcony overlooking pool and Broadwater. Great location, with cafes, pub, parks, beach and restaurants on doorstep. Apartments themselves are old and dated, stained carpets, peeling paint and the main bedhead collapsed when we moved a side table to plug in the lamp (the bedhead had been resting across both side tables). Found a couple of small cockroaches, which to me suggested they might be breeding, rather than having flown in, so might need fumigating. Pool area nice, gym and parking on-site a bonus. Staff were very nice.

Apartment had a fishy smell permeating from bin, stained carpets, peeling paint, small cockroaches. Bed fell apart when we tried to plug in a lamp.

the room had rubbish and food scraps behind the couches. room was average, and staff weren’t friendly, at one point letting themselves into the room to rush us out 30 mins before our late checkout time
