This was a very cool hotel. It used to be a convent! The facility actually has a big history. A delicious restaurant was highly recommended and was nearby--it was great!

We didn’t have hot water one day and an issue with the toilet on another day - maybe due to bad maintenance of the building. Staff was super friendly and helpful and provided assistance very swiftly. Breakfast is okay - coffee not good.

Excellent, attentive and proactive staff. Superb breakfast. Comfortable and very clean room with hot shower, and coffee maker with coffee. Perfect sized bathroom. Lovely courtyard and indoor lounge and bar. Luggage storage!

I wish I could have stayed longer.

Hotel is centrally located in Alfama, 5 min walk from Se Cathedral. Room was decent size with all thats needed. I appreciate high quality of cosmetics provided. Breakfast is very good, and the cleanliness of the breakfast table and area is something that I was amazed with. Guys who serve the breakfast are extremely clean. Staff is very helpful plus there is an option for transfer to the airport for flat rate of 20E. I do not recommend getting to the hotel by car as streets are narrow and you need a code to enter the street by the hotel (hotel did provide it). Metro station is 15 min walk. There is no option for parking.

I like everything. the hotel was brand new. the facilities were brand new. I felt so secure and so clean inside the hotel. I really have no complaints.

The road towards the hotel. At night it is very dark and since it slopes downhill we can slip since we are not seeing where we are walking. I suggest the hotel spends on lighting up that private road to the hotel or opening up another door or lobby on the other side which is facing the main road.

Best breakfast, nice staff, nice and big room with a big bed

the trip was for my hen party and it was a lovely hotel with a great location in the old town. It was also a few steps from the cathedral and castle. There was a nice variety at breakfast, including a hot selection, fresh fruit and pastries, which you could choose to eat inside or out in the courtyard. Rooms were bright and clean with extremely comfy beds and a great power shower. Would definitely recommend - also Audrey's restaurant around the corner is definitely worth a visit 👌

The hairdryer wasn't great in the bathroom so I'd recommend bringing your own if needed
