The hotel amenity is great. Big and comfortable room. Hot tub on the balcony is great. Hotel provided "Northern Light Wake Up Call". Dinner at the hotel restaurant is wonderful, though of course a bit pricy.

Wish the price could be more friendly.

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und gemütlich eingerichtet, das Frühstücksbuffet hat alles was man sich wünscht! Im Allgemeinen eines der besten Hotels auf unserer Reise durch Island. Auch die Lage ist top! Auch der Spa Bereich mit 2 Hot Tubs und Sauna ist super!

Sehr gemütliche Betten, großzügige Zimmer und Dusche mit gutem und heißen Strahl. Supersache: Weckservice für Polarlichter. Auf Wunsch wird man telefonisch kontaktiert, wenn Polarlichter zu sehen sind.

Exceptional breakfast

I requested a double and a twin room but we were provided with two doubles. As the twin was for our two grown up daughters this was not ideal and this request should have been actioned.

Not much, actually. It was the most expansive hotels of our stay and one of the worst.

The price, far to expansive with breakfast not included; the food which was both pricey and average; the staff who was not friendly; the bedrooms that were extremely disappointing t’aliéna the price into account (view on the parking lot, uncomfortable mattress…).

The hotel is very nice. Rooms were nice and clean. Delicios food, great breakfast buffet. We also liked sauna and hot tub.

Friendly staff, nice restaurant, be sure to make a reservation. Great location to go to after spending the day at the Glacier lagoon.

Needed more lighting in the bathroom but not a big deal.

We updated our booked room which was with view. We felt no regret for that.

beautiful property!

location and views were great. small spa area but it was nice. wish the other hot tub was up and running but still enjoyed relaxing with a view after a long day. dinner at restaurant was good although expensive and had to wait a very long time for dessert and the bill (most of our party had to leave to go to bed while others still waiting for dessert). Breakfast was delicious!!!

very nice decor, the rooms were nice and came with bathrobe’s and slippers for spa/sauna area. they have a option to wake you if the aurora are visible which was awesome. dinner was amazing and breakfast just expensive.

spa was out of action which was unfortunate as was the main reason for booking, was very expensive for food and drinks but the quality was excellent
