Bathroom wasn't clean. Water clogged drain. No extra towel. Stuffy No privacy. Booking.com should indicate it's a shared room!

The hosts are extremely helpful, especially if you need something at the airport. I didnt know I needed a transit visa and I didnt carry cash with me... and the ATM at the airport was not working, so yes perfect storm, but the host organized for someone to pay for my visa (with their money) so I could leave the airport. Amazing people!

The bathroom is a bit ran down, nothing wrong with it but kind of low if compared with international standards... but everything worked anyway

access by SMS. just a password to access the apartment. Its superb. no delays, no waiting to collect the keys. everything was well in advance. I was there whole 2 weeks. i do not have any issues. all the kitchen equipment's are working and new . 2 toasters / front loading washing machine / fridge / microwave/ iron / tv / WIFI. it was super experience. Thanks Apex. owner, Ms Florance came only once to meet me, she is good , kind hearted and she took me also to the Shopping mall, just to show the Directions . thanks.

The place was decent

No one was there when we arrived and we had to wait a long time sitting on the stairs until we finally got to enter. We booked a room for 3 people, but it was a scam, all the rooms were for 2 people and the owner wanted then to charge us for an extra person that we had already paid, finally one of us was forced to sleep on the couch. The discussion went on for about 1 hour, making it very stressful for us. Also, when we asked about the other rooms, he just decided to lie to us by telling us that some guests were coming, but of course no one else came. The owner knew what was wrong and wasn’t willing to change the mistake even for further clients so he could keep doing the same move on other guests. Definitely not recommended.

she never came to the property. She left us stranded at the gate at night with no code to enter and nowhere else to go, she said she would send someone to come when we arrive. I was so disappointed because I had communicated so we with her.

everything was great, I recommend it and I will be back👌👌👌

identifying the appropriate block of apartments was not clear. The accommodation was in a shared house. The room was really tiny. The shower water was not hot.
