The room with harbour view was excellent, clean, and had really comfortable bed. The hotel has awesome facilities and buffet breakfast is wonderful.

The location of the hotel, the facility to travel and commute around, the cleanliness and easy check-in and check out.

The room looks a bit old, the organisation of the room is strange with the TV fixed in the middle. It is quite noisy as I was just in front of the helicopter pad!

a vista do quarto que dava direto para o Porto. a janela era toda de vidro então tivemos uma visão bonita.

o quarto não tinha 28 m2 como no descritivo. tivemos que colocar uma cama extra para minha filha. o valor das taxas de serviço foram cobra das a parte sem nenhuma informação anterior.

Swimming pool closes too early. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Airconditioner too humid. Smelly walls near the entry. Lights in the room was too dark. Need more lighting.

The Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour location combines everything. You are right in the middle. It is the best possible location for business and also for travelling. You can reach all the sightseeing spots short and easily. Important for me is the easy access to the convention hall. I travel there 2 a year to visit my suppliers during the fair. Perfect is that I can meet my suppliers if I want on the 42nd floor in the launch. The view from the launch is breathtaking, also from the room. The food and the drinks too. The personal will go out of their way to help and support you. You and your kids will love the huge pool on the 11th floor. There is a very relaxing atmoshpere. Even local people from Hong Kong will come to enjoy the outstide Restaurant/Bar. I enjoyed the DJ playing electronic launch music very much. The concierge will help me to ship my overweight/business products to ship by EMS safely to Germany. They will even bring it by Taxi to the post service. Thank you so much again. For me there is no better Hotel in Hong Kong. There might be fancier Hotels, but for not better ones.

морально устаревшие номера. ковер и мягкая мебель в пятнах. замок в санузел не работал. очень плохое освещение в номере. кровать 90 см шириной это очень мало и очень жесткая. бассейн очень красивый, но закрывается в 18.00 ((, что для меня было очень важно. расположение на любителя, рядом ни магазинов, ни достопримечательностей, до всего надо ехать

酒店位置非常好，就在维多利亚港旁边，离地铁站很近，出行方便。恰逢十一国庆节，前台小姐姐给安排了海景一侧的房间，看到了国庆烟花，很棒的经历。

因为国庆酒店旅客爆满，电梯等待会比较久。酒店的床铺偏软。

I have stayed there several times. The so called Renaissance Harbour view manly caters to Mailand Chinese who are noisy especially on tv and in the corridors and does not care for its outstanding view presumably : Unless you pay 800 hkd more for the club floor , Breakfast is offered in an totally enclosed room completely no view and most unattractive . The cafe downstairs has but does not even bother to open except in the evening when you can’t see anything outside . The Harbour view rooms either give on a big shell like roof ( convention and exhibition center ) or have NO SUN SET at all It would be best called «  Renaissance No Harbour View hotel « . A shame for a Marriott.

Staff excellent friendly helpfull

The location was right at the exhibition centre. If you have the harbour view it's beautiful. Breakfast was good.

We were put up at 40th floor. The rooms were cramped. We couldn't open the luggage. We would have to open the luggage on the beds. The passage from lobby to rooms was stinky and carpets were very dirty. No bath tub. Although the breakfast was included in my room fare, I was charged. I checked the charges and got them removed. It happened twice in one stay.

Central location, close to metro and star ferry terminal top pop over to Kowloon.

The smell of damp in the rooms due to AC. Not sure if it is 5 stars, more like 4.
