Katastrohales Wartezeiten am lift, 10-20min, dadurch teils Frühstück unmöglich, auch sehr lange Wartezeiten beim Ein-/Auschecken, bei Reklamation kommen dann plötzlich weitere Mitarbeiter - wieso nicht gleich, Preis die letzten Jahre völlig überteuert, kaum mehr buchbar zu dem Preis, lobby bar am Vormittag geschlossen, sehr ärgerlich

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral zur Messehalle. Dies ist der größte Vorteil

Das ganze Hotel ist mittlerweile sehr abgewohnt und ist in keinem Fall mehr mit 4*+ zu bewerten. In den Zimmern sind erhebliche Gebrauchsspuren auszumachen. Die Fahrstühle waren ständig defekt.

Very good location. The room is comfortable and clean. The bed is a bit too soft for my taste. Great swimming pool. Buffet breakfast was very generous and included fresh fruits and juices which was important to me.

I would prefer if it was allowed to open the windows (although, to be fair it is very rare in all hotels). The estimated price in euros turned out to be much higher than was advertised on the site.

First of all, the location is good, it is clean, and most importantly, they were kind!! The kindness shown by the Renaissance team on my first trip to Hong Kong made me happy. Rather, I am grateful and happy. If other people come to Hong Kong, I will definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for giving me memories.

Localizado en una zona excepcional, al alcance de todo es un hotel con excelente ambiente. Además ofrece un sector de picina, bar, gimnasio, spa y otras actividades compartidas con el Hyatt que lo hacen extremamente ameno. Todo funciona. Un excelente desayuno.

Casi nada para mencionar de malo. Lo único, quizás, son los ascensores durante los horarios pico que demoran una eternidad.

Kamer zeer gedateerd, je zag de plekken van een lekkage zitten, spotjes die loshingen in de douche, regendouche die het niet deed. Kamers hebben echt een upgrade nodig, staat totaal niet in verhouding met de prijzen daar.

El señor DARREN AU SENIOR GUEST SERVICES MANAGER quería cobrarme HKD34800 por una supuesta mancha del tamaño de una gota en la alfombra del suelo de la habitación causada por un milk shake de chocolate. Es ridiculo que presionen así a los clientes antiguos. Si ven una mancha pequeña que sea, ovacionada sin intenciones podrían pasar un poco de Japón con cepillo que seguro que sale o un APC o cantidad de productos del mercado. Uno no hace las cosas adrede. Cuidar a los clientes también es buscar soluciones.

Bel palazzo, vista pazzesca, colazione meravigliosa per la varietà, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere una camera con vista sorprendente. Ottima posizione per muoversi nella città

Unica vera nota dolente è che abbiamo dovuto aspettare le 14 per avere la camera arrivando alle 8 del mattino dopo il volo dall’Italia. Poi piccolezze: Villania della cameriera al piano, letto un po’ troppo duro per me ma cuscini ottimi, la camera forse non pulitissima ma eravamo in alta stagione e suppongo fosse una corsa contro il tempo preparare le stanze.

Well located near the MTR which is connected with an overhead footbridge. The breakfast was good although I only had bakeries and fresh juice(which was exceptionally good!). The room was tidy and pretty spacious for the Hong Kong standard. What I really liked was the pool where the view of high-rise buildings surrounding the place was phenomenal. Natural breeze and the quietness also elevated the pleasantness of the pool area. The staff in the pool was friendly and accommodating.

The combination of humidity and coldness in the room, which I deemed inevitable in Hong Kong.

Je me suis blessée au restaurant , avec le R en inox devant l’entrée du bar en bas. Je me suis ouvert l’orteil.. et cassé l’ongle du gros pouce car la fin du R en inox n’est pas voyant … je ne suis pas la seule à m’être cogné .. mon collègue aussi. Mais lui avait des chaussures fermés. C’est dangereux ce R! Il faudrait le déplacer qq part d’autre qu’à l’entrée …

All exceptional. There was an issue with aircon and had a wet room but was dealt with quickly by staff.

Very good location, room is small but clean and in a good condition, very quiet; breakfast is good and a lot of choice; taxi service is good as well.

Their lift system is HORRENDOUS, it took me 10 mins each time to get to my room on 35th floor, only a few lifts were working during rush hour and they were stopping literally at each floor; service could also be better, the staff was cold and borderline rude.

Swimming pool is nice, view from 24 floor was great!

The lobby workers a bit distracted, too many additional not necessary steps, like to have a ticket for a luggage delivery to your room, that ticket was successfully lost during the check in time.
