โรงแรมอยู่ในสนามบิน Chubu Centrair สะดวกมากสำหรับรอขึ้นเครื่อง เดินทางจากที่อื่นก็ง่าย ทั้งคนที่นั่งรถไฟ รถบัส หรือเช่ารถ มีร้านสะดวกซื้อใกล้ ๆ และเดินไปโซนร้านค้าของสนามบินได้ไม่ไกล ปกติโรงแรมในญี่ปุ่นจะไม่มีน้ำดื่มให้ ต้องกินน้ำจากก๊อก แต่ที่นี่มีเหยือกให้เติมจากตู้น้ำที่ตั้งไว้ให้ที่ส่วนกลาง ไฟในห้องปรับแบบหรี่ได้ ซ่อนไฟได้ ใส่ใจรายละเอียดมาก ๆ ห้องส้วม ห้องอาบน้ำ อ่างล้างหน้าแยกกัน ห้องกว้าง มี walk-in closet แยก

Location was good near airport , so can avoid morning rush hour . Breakfast selection was good with many varieties.

Room had flying insects on bed and was bitten on the legs , whether it is bed bugs or not ? Nobody knows Pajamas was old and yellowed with age , did not wear them as the last time there was a smell . The 2nd bed was next to the wall , so felt space was a contstraint despite the twin room size.

ロケーションやホテルの環境は最高でした！ アップグレードしていただいたお部屋は広くて気持ちはよかったですが、洗面台が高かったり洗い場の台や椅子などはなく、外国人向けなのかな、、と少し残念でした。

スタッフさんが、感じは悪くないもののあまり親切でない感じはして、コーヒーマシンがあることや、アップグレードしてくれた部屋へ行くエレベーターの位置や、アメニティがないことなど、いろいろ説明がほとんどなかったのが残念でした。

The location is excellent for an early morning departure.

All the double beds are pushed against one wall - making it impossible for one person to get out of bed without disturbing the other person. When we asked for twin beds we were told we had to pay JPY 6,000 extra. It was not acceptable. Fortunately they refunded our money and we went to another hotel for the night. It was very disruptive.

不備が多かった、ベビーベッドの不具合は危険すぎるため最終チェックを行い必ず設置して欲しい。 先週友人が宿泊し、哺乳瓶の消毒を行ってもらったと聞いたため、やってもらえるのか確認したら断られた。部屋ごとで対応が違うのであれば、明記していてほしい。

The hotel is in the airport, so it’s very convenient and many restaurants are near by.

I love so many things about Centrair. I love how the hotel smells! The hotel smells really really nice, especially once you enter tye lounge on your way to the Pacific bldg. I love how it is so comfy. My room has a view of the runway, so we are watching the planes arriving and departing during breakfast in the room---and you cannot hear the planes❤️. There is a vacuum sealing machine at tye lobby for compressing your clothes (100¥ for 5 min usage). Their breakfast is a mix of Western and Japanese dishes. I love the fact that it does not come out in huge trays---so that certain batch won't be sitting there for a long time. I really love Centrair hotel. Many things to do around. It is literally beside the Terminal 1--- 5-10mins, we were at our check in counter. We stayed here for 3 nights,, so we were really relaxed before our flight out of Japan.
