staff were friendly and helpful from check in to check out, we was able to check in early and stayed in room 108 which was spacious and clean

we had travelled from england to see family so had been a long day, there was an event on at the hotel and with us being on the first floor it sounded as though it was in our room, i called reception and was told it would finish at midnight, however comes quarter past 12 i called again and was told 1.30am. i would never have paid over £150 for a bed if i was unable to actually sleep in it till gone 1.30am i appreciate events are planned, but i would recommend guests not attending it should be booked into the top floor or warned of it before arrival as we would without question of stayed in an alternative hotel. i do not think it is right/fair for guests to pay that much money to be told you cant go to sleep till after 1.30am. i will add, we was told we can move rooms but this was to the second floor which was still not ample as the sound was not much better, it was a major inconvenience having to pack up and move at 1am in order to try and sleep! unfortunately i will not stay again nor would i recommend it

Renovation going on and the make shift bar/ restaurant wasn’t that nice. The fact you can’t book in till 4pm was absolutely ridiculous. Half the day is gone. I’d rather be checked in earlier so I can enjoy the hotel and facilities and be able to go to my room after a lunch or drink.

Полотенца, постели - соответствовали. Комплектация мебели и её качество располагают к релаксу. Много осветительных приборов, что удобно и расслабляюще и создаёт уют. К удивлению для Ирландии, в номере было тепло и сухо. Просторное также помещение ванной комнаты. Хороший напор воды и качественные принадлежности для душа. Были также, чайник, утюг и чайно-кофейные мелочи. Соседей не слышали, но номер был последним по коридору - возможно, причина в этом. Было очень комфортно, уютно и чисто. Вцелом об отеле ничего сказать не могу, но номер 310 понравился

не было тапок одноразовых, что удобно и привычно. Не помешал бы халат

There for a wedding room was lovely perfect for a family, food excellent and staff lovely.

Room cleaning was superb, food in bar was good value for money and was super tasty great all around staff where so welcoming and chatty made it a comfy stay, All staff couldn't do enough for us. Room where spacious and had all that was needed. Close to shops and the dome which suited as I stayed with my young children

Hotel was brilliant spotless great for children staff were very friendly, lots activities for the children to do they loved they kids club would definitely go back again

Rooms were a large size and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet style and provided a lot of choice for the customer.

Only a few niggles for us: - after requesting alternative milk for our stay, which the receptionist told us had been done, the restaurant didn’t know anything about it. - Booked the restaurant for dinner and told that they hadn’t booked us in upstairs at all. They had booked us downstairs in the bistro which I hadn’t requested. - Sometimes people could be quite noisy outside and down the corridors during unsociable hours. It didn’t bother myself but it did the older members of our party who were unable to sleep well because of the noise.

The noise on both nights going into the wee hours. We were on the third floor, but going to sleep before midnight is out of the question

room smelled of cigarettes, wasn’t very clean. handle of the door was really tricky, took 3-4 attempts to get into the room every time. The food was very poor, none of the wine we ordered off the wine list was available. The bar area and lobby were extremely cold. In general, it needs a good clean and some of the tired carpets etc could do with being changed. Very noisy - bingo loco on Saturday night.
