Un peu trop éloigné du centre. Très pentu pour y arriver. Comptez le 1er étage de la Tour Eiffel....pff On est déjà hors de souffle à cette altitude..

The (expensive) airport pick-up I had booked through them never showed up and I had to take a random vehicle as no one was answering messages at the hotel. The location is good but walking down C. Recoleta to where most restaurants are gets old fast - particularly if you are tired from hiking. The room had very little space to hang clothes but luckily I was by myself. An alternative protein to scrambled eggs or better cereals would be a welcome addition to the breakfast - again, it was still ok for me.

Excellent location for exploring Cusco . Great breakfast

This is a fantastic hotel. Huge comfortable bed, large room, powerful shower, heating and the staff was always friendly and eager to help! Location is great, too. It's a short 5min walk to Plaza de Armas but there are already loads of restaurants, cafés and shops on the way. Close to the tourist area in San Blas, too. I came back and booked this place again later during my trip.

Nothing. Thin walls and thus perhaps a little noisy at night if guests talk outside the room but honestly better than all other hotels I stayed at in Peru.

Close to the city center, friendly stuff, comfortable bed and spatious room. They brought me a warm bottle for the night as the room is a bit cold. You can make tea in your room as well. Spatious shower room and hot water.

I asked for a breakfast package as I was leaving early for a tour, but they didn’t prepare it in the end and I had to rush to eat my breakfast within 2 mins because my tour came to pick me up. Wifi was not working well most of my stay. If people are talking in the patio you can hear every word in your room - however all the guest were very nice and after 10 pm there was almost no noise. Hairdryer was not working.

Nice breakfast buffet with fruits, cereal, yoghurt, different sorts of bread... Nice sized rooms with a heater and hot water bottles in bed at night

Room window was to the hallway which resulted in a lot of light, all the time. We also requested a quiet room and got the one next to the dining hall... Which was, of course, very noisy. Shower was not always as hot as we'd like

Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect support with early arrival (5 am) and early departure (3 am). Perfect support with luggage storage for Machu Picchu trip. Clean room with nice big bed. Electric heating unit. Locker with key. Tea facilities in the room. Hot water bottle delivered by staff without asking. Good breakfast with fresh orange juice. Takeaway breakfast box on simple request.

No refrigerator. Night stand at only one side of the bed. Noise of neighbours comes easily through the walls.

The staff were very nice help us with any questions about what to do or how to get around. The breakfast was also good, provided a good amount of options.

Location can be a bit far at first, especially if you're not used to the altitude, however, after 1 day we got used to it.

Lovely Lovely staff that were so accommodating. And offering a hot water bottle in the bed at night was AMAZING! Really felt at home here while is Cusco and highly recommend! Also there is great Veggie/Vegan/Asian style food place at the end of the street to the immediate right. Between the two places I felt really taken care of!

Very friendly staff. They were very kind and supportive.

This hotel was awesome! Came in tired and wiped from the elevation and this hotel was the perfect rest stop. The beds were comfortable, heating was great, location incredible and the staff super helpful! I slept through breakfast so I can't speak to that but everything else was awesome. The hotel is on a very narrow one way?? street so just keep that in mind! Sometimes its easier to walk down to the next street to meet a car.
