The beach was one of the best in all of Egypt. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. 5 of us had massage and it was one of the best I ever had. I had massages in Egypt, USA, Dominican Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, Mexico and Canada and we truly enjoyed our experience with you.

Food could have been better. Room was very noisy on the 3rd floor during the day. Pool is extremely small for the size of the hotel and number of guests. Dining room staff felt rushed and it’s probably because they were understaffed. I managed an Outback Steakhouse in USA and I can judge restaurants. But the worst part was the fact that we kept calling for 3 days and begging to have the air conditioner fixed at my parents room and they kept promising to send someone to fix it and nobody came until I called and asked to talk to the f**king hotel manager. On that call, I never told them why I wanted to talk to him. They said he’ll call me back. He never did but someone came and fixed my parents’ air conditioner after 10-15 minutes.

The hotel was very spacious. Despite having many guests I never felt cramped.

As a solo traveler, it was sometimes difficult to find a modest place to sit in the cafeteria as most of the tables were meant for multiple guests. But the staff always helped me find a place to sit.

I would not recompense booking an all inclusive resort, the food was bad, so I’m a 100% sure that you will eat somewhere else in the city.

parking spots are disastrous there was a rat in the room, one of the kitchen crew was being tryna be funny, i was ALL inclusive but it wasn't ALL INCLUSIVE because i am Egyptian, i dont care about the ugly policy on Egyptians, not fair as i pay same price with other nationalities
