This condo met our expectations and has all amenities as advertised. Nice complex with pool, grills, and outdoor seating. The host responded quickly when we had questions and even booked our return taxi to the airport. Front desk at Pearl condos were also very helpful throughout our stay. Ate many fish sandwiches at Shakers bar at the complex. We never rented a car - Eagle beach, restaurants, and market were all within walking distance.

Eagle Beach offers clean, fine white sand and turquoise waters. The walk there is super short and easy. There is major high rise construction happening in between the apartment and the beach, although we got over that very quickly. The host of this place is kind and extraordinarily responsive, such a pleasure. This place is well located, really good value and excellently serviced. Go and enjoy!!!

Great property. Very clean. Great location! Out of the busy areas, but able to get anywhere in 5-10 mins. Host was helpful, informative, and friendly. Will definitely stay here again if we can make it back to Aruba in the future.

Perfect location to eagle beach, restaurants and attractions. Condo was spotless and the AC was incredible. Great communication from owner.

Condo setting. Very clean. Family oriented. No noise. Walk to beach is about 5 minutes. There is currently a high rise steel structure on one side and concrete on left. Construction noise not an issue. Nearby beach is gorgeous. There are a couple of restaurants on the way to the beach. We ate at one and it was good. Mini market is indeed mini. $$$. At the condo there is also place to eat.
Front desk very helpful. Need a car if staying here. We would stay near palm beach area next time we go. There one can get away without a car. Lots of shops restaurants etc.
In our unit, we were aware of only a few sets of bath towels which I consider "stingy". How much would a few more sets of towels cost etc? Pillow covers had stains and no bed top sheet( we did not bother asking for one). AC worked well etc. We did lose Wi-fi second night through near noon time the next day. In attempt to try to fix it I reset router which then created a problem resetting it. We found out that the whole condo was having same problem. Front desk contacted the owner who obviously lives or was in Aruba and he basically told us that he might only be able to get the tech guy out to fix wi-fi the following day. Aruba is rather small and could not have been more that 1/2 hr drive. Without wi-fi, no TV and no Whatsap which is our means of communication. It would have been nice if owner had offered to come out and try to fix it as I ultimately did on my own. Landlord being penny wise and $ foolish. I think.

The property photos were slightly older, but was kept clean and easy access to all amenities. Quiet property with beautiful pool. The restaurant on site “Shakers” was best mojitos we experienced on island. Everything was within walking distance. Palm beach was a short bus ride away. Bus stops are close. Great minimarts for anything needed. Would highly recommend and we plan on coming again.

Great location for a beach vacation. Perfect walk to Eagle beach. Not crowded and close to everything. Reasonable cab fares to town or the high rise area. Property is exactly as listed. Pieter is a great communicator. Responses within 30 min. I would stay at this property and with Pieter again.

We were very satisfied with our condo at the Ocean Pearl. Peter was a fantastic host; he was very responsive to all our needs. The location was perfect-just a short walk to Eagle Beach. The pool was awesome.
The only constructive feedback I would give is we weren’t a fan of the kitchen ware. We also would’ve liked paper towel and dish soap to be available. All in all, this was an awesome place and Peter, our host, was wonderful.

We stayed in a large 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit upstairs with a balcony. Very clean and spacious. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were perfect! Huge swimming pool and a Two minute walk to Eagle Beach! Surrounded by 5 star restaurants.very affordable and could not have been happier with our stay! Pieter, the host was so very gracious, highly recommend this place!

The place was fine. Beautiful area along Eagle beach and walkable to many nice restaurants. Minimal basic supplies left for us… bottom of a bit of hand soap and toilet paper but otherwise need to get all on your own. Dishwasher would have been nice.

The accommodations were pretty good, bathroom not as clean as I would of liked.
The bed was very hard, especially for 3 weeks. I didn't realize there would be no cleaning at all for 3 weeks.

Location near Eagle Beach, arguably the best beach on the island was the highlight. The condo also had everything we needed; a small kitchenette, beach chairs, an ice chest and convenient ice machine near by. Only drawback was location in the 3 star accommodation with no view front or back

Pieter and Jordine were great hosts. The apartment was clean and beautiful. It is a quick walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. It was nice to come back to the quiet apartment after a long day but still close enough to the busier, big hotel/resort areas.

The place is on the small side so I wouldn't come with more than 2 people unless it's a kid or a parent. But it is very quiet and everyone is friendly enough. Meaning if your willing to talk their willing to talk if you prefer to come and go quietly people don't bother you. The property was close enough to the beach for me, no need to spend double the price to be across the street from the beach when I can be a 2 min car ride for less. They have a pool which I enjoy more. But the beach is beautiful. It's a restaurant on site and looks like the market os going thru renovations. I utilized the spa on site as well. Of you are a first timr international traveler like myself make sure you download all the instructions and a map of the island prior to leaving the airport because Wi-Fi is limited.
I will definitely come back.

Had to wait for management to come the next day to fix the issue. No big deal as we understand that the property is not checked often due to COVID 19. Good value for overall very expensive island. Clean condo, great for 2 people. No oven to bake or grill though you can use grills outside (we did not) No washer or dryer wichi is helpful if you stay for more than 1 week, otherwise additional epxense for it with using services at the condominimum. Good shower and king size bed. air condioning in the bedroom was barely working so we had to use living room one to maintain cool temperature. Kitchen is well equipped though if you plan on cooking bring your own skillet, beatup ones are available. Great new coffee maker was brought by Peter to replace old one. Thank you. I would highlighy recommend this place as it is super clean, perfect location, great management and SPA with 15% discount available. I would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you Peter for your place!

Sandy sheets
Overall the condo was okay, the sheets looked clean but felt sandy when we got into them the first night (gross). I looked down at the floor near and under the bed and noticed tons of sand there as well. I get that we’re near the beach - but still. Simple sweeping would have helped. The bedroom shade was also broken and one of the beach chairs had been snapped in half. Basically - you get what you pay for. would have been nice if the owner reached out to check in at all. The clover market was wildly over priced ($19 for a box of tea) and the smoothies were not worth it. The jacuzzi was luke warm at best.

Great and relaxing vacation at Noord condo
We had a wonderful stay at Pearl Unit 21. The condo is driving distance (7-10 minutes), from the high-rise hotel area, and walking distance to Eagle Beach, which was beautiful and not crowded. Superfood grocery store was only 5 minutes drive away as well. We enjoyed returning home at the end of the day to the quieter, less bustling area where the condo is located. We loved the electronic coded door entry because we did not have to remember a set of keys each time we left. The condo was very clean and the pool at the condo was large and well-maintained. Lots of nearby restaurants. Communication with Pieter was easy and timely, Thanks for a great first time in Aruba!

Great Vacation
The property is well maintained and very clean and there were always people available at the front desk. The unit is exactly as pictured and a nice size for 2 people. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach but worth it as the beach is very wide and the water is stunning.

Nice one bedroom unit in complex with pool. Beach was walkable, but you do need a car or taxi from this location for most activities. We would stay here again!

Great location!
The location of this VRBO could not be any better. It’s a 5 minute walk to Eagle Beach and about 10 minutes to the nearest bus stop. Its central location on the island makes it easy to go downtown or up to Palm Beach. Note the front desk can also order you a taxi. In addition, Pieter was a great host. He responded very quickly to my questions prior to arriving in Aruba. The check-in process was seamless. We loved everything about our vacation and will definitely be back.
