The hotel owner is a lovely friendly guy, and very helpful and welcoming. I'm sure if there was a problem he'd be happy to resolve it. The room was basic but comfortable, warm, and very clean. Free, secure gated carparking on site was a real bonus. There was a basic kitchen available for use too, which I didn't used but could come in handy. This is my second stay at this hotel and I would certainly consider it again if staying in the area.

Some tv channels breaking up a bit. Needs better aerial?

Really helpful owner. Close to airport. Perfect for a nights stopover before or after flights.

This property is like a Bed and Breakfast used to be. Utilitarian, clean and comfortable. The water was very hot. A kettle, coffee and tea provided. The TV worked and Wi-Fi reception was good. I did not have breakfast. I am not sure if it is currently offered as I had an early start planned.

Towels were a bit small.

There was no wardrobe,shower was small,carpet was dirty and the bed was lumpy

Great location near Heathrow airport. Free parking, and the owner was very helpful and friendly. Not noisy area during night, surprisingly but luckily. Good affordable price

Awful stay, the room wasn't clean. Nasty looking stuff smeared on the walls. woke up with a number of bites the next morning. When speaking with the owner about my complaint hes response was I see nothing wrong with it. Also accused us of steeling a pillow then demanded to search our vehicle for the pillow we didn't take!
