Location is very good.

The door lock was faulty, it did not work even after it was changed again in the reception. Staff have to come to used their own door key to open my room.

The location was superb, close to the metro station and mall of the Emirates, many convenient stores around

Very noisy club with no sound proof, the party was in our room everyday till 4am, we weren't informed of the situation, room wasn't very clean as you expect, we were charged upon checkout for towel stain the price of a new towel, first hotel to have this shortage of towels. We sent a new jacket for ironing and came back damaged and no further assistance was offered by the hotel even though we informed first time, room service team a friendly same as housekeeping.
