Litt slapp frokost

Hyggelig personale, fine lokaler, god frokost.

På et superior rom burde det være mulig å henge fra seg klær. På rommet var det bare et lite, smalt skap/hylle hvor strykebrett og strykejern tok det meste av plassen. Senga var to enkeltsenger satt inntil hverandre, og som gled fra hverandre så man falt mellom sengene dersom man la seg for nærme midten, noe som skjedde. Man måtte ligge midt i enkeltsenga. Middagen ble servert kald, kjøttet var seigt så man hadde problemer med å skjære med tildelt kniv. Dette ble rettet opp med ny servering og nytt bestikk.

We loved the history of the building!

At the entrance of the town, this former residence of Kristian Thams now lies in zone of smaller shopping malls. The historic building is nicely adapted with a contemporary hotel wing. It gives you the benefit of two worlds: the cosiness of the vintage combined with modern comfort. Do not miss to visit the Thams Residence and read the information about this fascinating patron of industry. The bar is situated in the entrance hall and leads to the restaurant: the beer is better than the dinner however. Breakfast was quite surprizing, with a nice realm of tasteful local products.

Although dinner is served in a nice ans rather impressive room, the assortment and quality could be improved

The staffs was friendly

The dinner was horrible, had Norwegian Christmas dish "ribbe" and it was like a gummi. Not happy at all.
