Good location for going to Dovrefjell to look for musk ox and Oppdal itself is a pleasant little town. The room was comfortable and buffet breakfast excellent with a wide choice of hot and cold food to choose from.

Description listed that tea/ coffee would be available in the room. It wasn't, but the receptionist made us tea and coffee which we drank in the very large foyer. (Furnished with very comfortable chairs.) This was free but not as spontaneous / relaxing as being in the room.

This was a good value and was adjacent for the rendezvous for a musk ox safari. Easy to walk into town for dinner, shopping. Very nice, helpful staff. Genuinely kind.

It's an old building. Smells a bit of smoke. We did get stuck in the old elevator.

Very dated, no coffee or tea in the rooms. Needs rennovating, looks run down. Small beds, no ventilation in bathroom.

Breakfast was great, the chef made pancakes for our kids too. Convenient location to grocery stores, gas, etc. Family room a good size.

The shower doesn’t have a concave floor so water runs all over the bathroom. The pull out bed was broken.

Cold floor in the shower room. On the last day of my stay, I realised it was not turned on. In the cold, the shower is uncomfortable. The refrigerator is dirty and water is pouring out of somewhere. There is no socket next to the bed to connect the charger.

Hotel allowed my next door had a party until 2:30 in the morning. Hotel agreed to refund me 390kc for my unsettle night of stay but never happened. Feel very sad. sad for the people could have party on Tuesday night until 2:30 in the morning, Sad for the poor customer service to control the guest behaviour in the hotel, Sad for hotel inform Booking.com will refund me 390kc but never happened. Do will I stay that hotel again, the answer is NO. If you want to go there you need thing it again with such poor services.

Room was a little cold, no rooms with bathtub available. Breakfast was not the freshest.

The rooms are old but allright. It seems like they are in the prosess to get them nicer.

A big minus is the breakfest. The fried eggs and bacon they are not fried, just put into the oven. "The lazy way" not a good taste. The scrumbled eggs where not good too. There was no baked beans either... Also nowadays you should have bacon on the eggs seperated. Not everyone eats bacon, not really muslim friendly! The bloat eggs where cold and cooked through. There was one egg available when we came there. We went eating breakfest at 08:50. So yeah breakfest is one of the lowest one i have experienced.. Felt more like a cheap hotel... But it isn't.

Nice old building with an extension build in the eighties I guess. Typical Norwegian wooden floors and cracking stairs. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Everything is a bit dated but it works and is clean. Breakfast and restaurant are very good.

The hotel is right at the railroad and during the night 3-4 trains pass fast. If you sleep with the window open at the front of the hotel this can be an exciting wake-up call

The carpet was so dirty that I couldn’t believe something like this is possible in 2021. No kettle in the room even though this option was listed during booking. No fridge, no coffee, nothing. You just get your bed in the room that looks like it’s hasn’t been renovated since early 70’s.
