The property was ok. It was up to standard for me

I had a problem with someone I spoke to at the restaurant when we wanted to order for food the first night. That made me order food from outside

Clean, helpful staff, close to airport. Good sized room

They did not know I have booked two rooms, then they tried to give us rooms on different floors. Finally gave us rooms on same floor but with twin bed instead of double bed for which I had paid extra- not impressed The staff got us taxi and recommended him highly- the driver was utterly useless. Promised he knew people and will get us in elephant orphanage for a price but then after reaching asked us to sort it out ourselves, wasn’t very happy to drive around even though we had agreed an exorbitant price for full day

Well located. Easy Check in Check out. Comfortable rooms with safe inside.

On all days breakfast buffet is 80% same. For water you have to pay extra, whether it's at Breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The location is great and closer to shopping center.

The environment in the neighbourhood at the back of the hotel does not encourage visitors to walk around comfortably but of course the hotel has no control on this .

It was very hot in the room and no air conditioning unfortunately. Otherwise all good.

At 1am sfter a long flight they brought to our room the best club sandwich I have ever eaten

Staff very helpful - food - including the buffet lunch provided for workshop was very good.

Lack of room service - there was no guidance in my room as to whether this was available and/or how to use it.

I like that the property was quite decent… with good ambience not forgetting it’s strategically located in a nice location..

I didn’t really enjoy my stay as there was so much inconvenience especially from the reception area.. I kept having problems with my key card as I was unable to access my room.. then from no where on Sunday 18th I got checked out while still in my room.. it messed me up as I was unable to have my breakfast because I wasn’t appearing on there system as one of the in-house guest.. it was so unfortunate and disappointing at the same time

The hotel looks luxury. Staff welcomed me warmly. The room is modern and cozy.

-Breakfast was REALLY BAD! I WOULD NEVER PAY 25 dollars for that!!! Never!! The smoothie smelled like fungus, the boiled eggs had grayish color inside, and the only available cheese was I guess something like cheddar which was obviously outdated (very hard and had no taste!). The pancake, Notela, stumble eggs and fresh fruits were the only good part of the breakfast. -My room smells like fried onions all the time. The noise of the ventilation system was REALLY annoying! I guess they have food production, this is why my room smells bad all the time and the central ventilation system is all the time running!

An excellent, reasonably priced hotel well situated and fairly equidistant between Nairobo Jomo Kenyatta airport and Nairobi Wilson airport for anybody making connections. We arrived late and left the next morning so difficult to fully assess but anyway happy to recommend as a transit hotel.

On the basis of one night only, there is nothing I can say that I didn't like about this hotel.
