Close to everything. Great communication with the property owners and everything nicely done. Would definitely stay there again.

The home was spacious and had everything we needed for our family of four with two teens and their two friends to stay for a 49er game weekend. The boys were able to do their own thing around Santana Row shopping and dining. We were able to meet our local friends for brunch and catch up. I made breakfast and had everything I needed in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. It's a beautiful location, I could have stayed longer. The property management was excellent, very responsive and provided clear instructions, several keys, and very little to do upon check-out. We'd love to stay again much better than a hotel for this size group and many activities within walking distance.

Our family stayed for three nights while we were having work done in our home in San Jose. It was really fun to be in Santana Row and walk to the mall and dinner. Super comfy beds! Would definitely recommend!

What a wonderful townhouse and location. The house was clean, luxurious, well-equipped and artfully decorated. So much to do right out the door and tons of fun to watch the goings on from the balconies. Thank you so much to the owners and we’d love to stay again!!

This was the perfect property for our family. Everyone had there own private en suite, and the balcony overlooking Santana Row was our hangout spot. With so many great restaurants within walking distance, we didn’t make much use of the kitchen, but it had everything you would need .

What a great weekend with my siblings, their spouses and our mother. The house was perfect - comfortable, attractive and an awesome location! Our favorite spot was the living room balcony which overlooks Santana Row - a lively, beautiful street of shops and restaurants with a bit of a European feel. Just step outside of the building and you’re in the middle of it all! The house/condo is comfortably and attractively furnished. The kitchen was well stocked. Enough spices to be able to cook - and they even had coffee pods and creamer. Quality bedding and towels.

We stayed here for a long weekend and really enjoyed everything. The hosts were friendly and responsive, the location was right in the middle of Santana Row shopping and dining, and the place itself was spacious and very clean. I actually think the pictures undersell how nice it is. This is an especially good place for friends to share since it's big, and the bedrooms are well-spaced each with their own bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay here again.

The home is fresh, elegant, and very comfortable. Our family was celebrating the end of the pandemic restrictions by inviting a classmate to do a mini-vacation with us (three 13-year-olds). There were plenty of beds so everyone had their own space. Even though the kitchen had all the essentials, we chose to eat most of our meals out. Getting a cocktail became an option since there was no driving involved. We would just walk out of the building and had so many restaurant choices. It was fun to just walk around. The vibe of Santana Row kept us energized; there was live music on Thursday evening. Back in the condo, we enjoyed people watching from the balcony. When we wanted quiet, we would just close the doors and it was perfectly peaceful inside. We appreciated the Tesla charger by one of the parking spaces. Note: the third bedroom is on the third floor, so be prepared for some stairs. Not horrible, but important to know if you have knee or other physical limitations. Additional note: the elevators in the parking garage are not well-marked. It took a little hunting around to find them. They are black metal double-doors that look like service or storage doors. We plan on coming back for sure.

We used this unit as a base for a leadership off-site. A few out-of-town members stayed at the unit and others joined during the day for meetings. The living and dining room were perfect places to move between for slide viewing on the TV to working on laptops. There are plenty of great dining options on Santana Row as well as a Blue Bottle within a 100 yards for the much needed coffee break. The property manager and owner were very responsive and accommodating. And one parking spot had a Tesla charger (there are also superchargers very near as well).

A great place to be able to walk to restaurants, coffee, shops! It is also amazing place to sit out on balcony to watch all the action in the street.

Great location in the center of the heart of Santana row lovely home well equipped the kids had a great time , however it is a 3 story property I don’t believe that was described in the property description and it was difficult for my husband who had over 6 knee surgeries however we still enjoyed it

The property and location was great. Very quite and peaceful, although Santana Row is a very busy street. Once you closed the windows... complete silence. Private courtyard and balcony was a plus. Kitchen was not well stocked, lucky for us, we had family in the area bought things I needed. Living room furniture was well used and chairs needed cleaning. We had the feeling we were in a staged home, not much warmth. Overall the layout was great.

We spent 5 nights visiting family in San Jose and our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids, age 4,7, and 14) throughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. The condo was in great shape but one of the door handles to the balcony fell off when the property manger was checking us in while showing us how to access the balcony. This wasn’t fixed during our visit but it didn’t affect our stay. We rated the unit 4/5 stars for cleanliness because the bathrooms didn’t seem as clean as we hoped, and one of our kids had a minor panic attack about hair covering the master shower drain when he used it for the first time. We also discovered two trays of fried chicken on the oven when we started preheating the oven to cook. We assumed the cleaners were rushed to prep for our arrival. The condo itself is adequately equipped but having stayed in other vrbo rentals before it seemed to be missing a few kitchen basics that would make the experience feel more like a home away from home, especially traveling with kids. We got by with borrowing a few things from local family members but we would recommend adding a few items— including Kitchen towels, blender, roasting pan, baking dishes/cookie sheets, kid friendly dishes- coasters, reusable storage containers, placemats, and tablecloths. I’m assuming most people visiting probably eat out a lot but it’s easier for families with young kids to manage meals in home. We really loved having enough space to spread out and our 14 year old especially loved having a secluded space on the third floor. The surroundings were mostly quiet except when a neighbor two doors down decided to have a party on Thanksgiving evening with extremely loud electronic music playing well beyond quiet hours. This made it challenging for our kids to get to sleep but because it was our last night in the condo we didn’t worry too much about the noise. The condo was in a fantastic location within walking distance to shopping, great restaurants and a mall with easy access to Freeways. One of our afternoons was spent at the Winchester Mystery house which was a short walk away and so fun for everyone in our group. We‘ve already recommend this property to friends and family and like other visitors have mentioned, we would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was very well located in a really fun neighborhood with lots to do, shopping and great restaurants. The condo itself was well equipped and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our recent stay at this beautiful villa on Santana Row. We were a family of four along with our brother in law visiting San Jose, the house was very comfortable for our group, the shopping and restaurants were convenient. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching everything happening on Santana Row. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is so great for walking to restaurants and shopping! The parking is safe and reliable. The bed rooms are spacious, and since each has its own en suite bathroom, this is a great alternative to hotel rooms for business travel. There are some things the property should attend to, however. The light is out at the third floor stairwell, and there are no windows, so it’s very dark trying to locate the lock sensor. Second, the lock sensor on the parking garage level wasn’t working, so we kept having to walk back up to street level then into the garage through the gate. Last, the inspection certificate in the elevator, which should be current and on display, shows an expiration date in 2009. That’s 10 years ago! And the bumpiness of that conveyance did not instill confidence in the riders. The condo owners are likely not responsible for these things, but they should be reported and remedied for the safety and security of guests and owners. All that said, I would 100% recommend this property!

Simply put it was an amazing weekend. The place was SO quality and a beyond fun and easy location right on Santana Row (little not so pricey version of Rodeo Drive). From the deck you could hear the live music (but when you didn't want noise you just closed the door), restaurants and shops were downstairs so you don't need to drive, and they even a movie theater. Apple and the Mountain View Winery were so close, as was the wonderful 6+ mile hike we went on at Lum Rock Park. The owner and property manager could not have been nicer and more helpful. If you are going to be in this neighborhood definitely book this special and spacious place.
