The location is perfect if you are going to the SAP arena. The staff is friendly and helpful, on-site parking was easy. The room was large and clean.

I would have liked more hooks for towels in the bathroom. There was only 1, and 2 would be better when 2 people are in the room.

The room we had was great! Located on the second floor, around the corner from the ice/water station and elevator, the room was large, spacious, with two king size beds, full size bathroom, and good view of the the city. Equipped with tea and coffee, ironing board, hair dryer and complementary waters and fridge, it was beyond our expectation. More importantly, it was clean, well maintained, and quiet. With three adults, who were busy with wedding preparations, the room was great! Wish we had more time to enjoy the facility and San Jose!

Nothing to dislike about the facility. The parking fee at $35/day is pretty steep.

Sliding Glassdoor to the toilet gave you no privacy. Rooms are a bit sterile. No decorations on walls. No where to hang towels in the bathroom

The executive king room had no city view they need to add that when purchasing or booking a room for how expensive it is.

price was ridiculously jacked up… and I still had to pay another 35 for overnight parking! not worth it. I have stayed in more luxurious hotels in New York, London, Rome. for much less.

visually it was very nice, we stayed on the second floor it was quite. It was within walking distance to SAP center. we didn’t need a Uber to the concert we attended.

the room we had the design of the shower with the open door concept looks nice but is not practical or comfortable. It was a cold shower, the water never got completely hot. the floor outside of the shower was bubbling. our room had no refrigerator or microwave,the coffeemaker placement on the shelf didn’t reach the plug and to move it would have needed to be in the bathroom which I didn’t like. The mattress on the bed was extremely firm and not comfortable. The pillows were nice. For as expensive as the room was for one night the comfort level could have been better. The floors needed to be swept up better there was hair on the bathroom floors. The security in the parking garage needs to be better we seen a man walking around checking gas tank caps and was picked up by another car shortly later after he noticed we were watching him. Over all would I stay again? depends on if the concert is at SAP and just for the convenience. I will say the staff was extremely nice and professional.

Location very convenient to SAP Center and multiple restaurants.

With the cost of the hotel after taxes it would be a perk to include parking as part of the package. $35/day adds up quickly.

The room was clean and nice Decor. Staff was very friendly. Remote checkin was fast and easy. Temp in the room was good. It felt like a Down Comforter on the bed. The shower was very good and the towels were soft.

There was no info in the room stating what was available and where the amenities were. The bed was very firm and this comes from someone who likes firm. In my opinion the rooms are overpriced. Parking is not free in the garage. As much as they charge for the room they should validate.
