Our bathroom did not have all of the supplies

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean and spacious.

There weren’t enough towels in the room for three. We requested more, which we were told would be delivered to our room the following morning, but we checked out before that happened.

None.

It was an experience I rather forget.

Rooms are greats , location is amazing , parking is great housekeepers are so nice and polite and respectful

Front desk the lady needs to learn for hospitality manners . Without even listening she was rude . She tried to maintain the nice voice , but her anger was very visual . She didn’t let us to check in earlier; however, I called and asked for early check in for extra pay . She saw me sitting with two tired kids being very tired in the lobby and at the same time she let early check the other couple .

I do not like the way that you guys pretend to be nice in the outside but inside stabbed me in the back (behind me over charged me for something I don’t do)

Friendly staff

The staff and the room were very nice. I also appreciated it was quiet and no loud noises. There's a convenient couple of restaurants very close by for food. The free breakfast was simple and filling with a variety of small options. The room size and kitchen far exceeded my expectations. It was spacey and comfortable with a very functional kitchen. I'll definitely try to stay at Larkspur Landing hotels whenever possible

Maybe better lighting . The kitchen was pretty dark after the sun went down, but otherwise I can't think of anything else

Good location., a block from the freeway. The maintenance man saw that I was having car problems and fixed my car. Gilbert went above and beyond! He was great!

Furniture and carpet in the room was dated. housekeeping staff needs improvement. i put my kitchen garbage basket outside my door in the morning when I left for work. when I returned, no garbage basket. i told the front desk person the next morning and still no basket when I returned that night. also, the hair dryer was broken. called the front desk at 11 pm to get a replacement. no one picked up the phone! i walked down to the front desk to get another dryer and garbage can the next night. I finally got them. also on my last night, the air conditioner was broken. on the wall control, I had it turned off but the wall unit kept blowing out cold air
