This apartment is located in the 1 Hotel, which I realized it's next to everything you may want and need in South Beach. We paid a reasonable and way lower price than booking directly with the hotel and still had access to all the amenities. We will definitely come back!

This has been our best vacation so far! Having booked a 1 hotel residence through Luxury Rentals Miami Beach was the best choice we made. We paid a lot less than a hotel guest and yet had access to all the hotel amenities. We were well taken care of and will definitely come back very soon!

My guests loved it as well. Staff, restaurants, drinks are amazing. Highly recommend. One thing to note... the bathrooms need more lighting! They are very dark for putting on make up. I have noticed this before when I have stayed here. Should be an easy fix.

Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a great stay and the weather was pleasurable. The location was perfect and the service at the 1 Hotel was spot on! There were a few things during our stay that could have been improved. When we arrived, we requested hangers in all closets, there were hangers, but not the ones you would want to hang your clothes on, and very few. Sounds silly to have to request hangers when paying $50k for a rental. Unfortunately, this was the case. Our safe was not working and had to be replaced twice, also the location of the safe was in a draw. Obviously, not a secure site, safes should always be bolted to the floor or wall, security 101!The staff was helpful in getting this managed. The last issue was not having cable TV, for most of the two weeks, this was not acceptable and took many times to be corrected. The concierge staff from the Luxury Rentals Miami Beach thought it was humorous, so amusing that one of them sent a text to my phone by mistake, making light of the situation to another employee and accusing them of being dishonest. This being so they would not have to deal with the situation at hand. professionalism is hard to find these days, and people make light of others situations. Let's hope that this company can advance and further their customer Service. First step would be to dismiss those employees, since it will only harm the business, not improve.

We were received by Oriana, that was very kind and helpful. The property was well maintened and beautifuly decorated. The beds were very confortable and clean. There were enough towels in the bathrooms, and there were also toiletries in the bathrooms. There were some burnt-out bulbs that they came to change them promptly. The staff in the lobby were very attentive too. Overall it was a very pleasurable stay.

Condo was as described except one bedroom has a queen bed not a king. Condo was very relaxing and quiet would rent again. We had a group of six adults.
